  1. Hi I need to export data on demand for importing new data. Right now the only way I know how to do this is by logging in to Caspio Bridge as a user with Full Control, however, I would prefer to not grant full control just to run a Scheduled Task (scheduled for “On Demandâ€). http://screencast.com/t/ca1Am7G443S I can think of two ways around; can I do one or both… · Run a Scheduled Task without being logged in as a Caspio Bridge user. · Run a Scheduled Task with having Full Control of the Bridge. Thanks
  2. I would like to create a scheduled task that runs every 15 mins. However, I can see that 'Hourly' is the lowest frequency available aside from 'Once' and 'On demand'. Is there a possible workaround for this?
  3. Hello! I setup a Scheduled Task to export some data on a daily basis. Everything works great, but I am just wondering if there is a way to specify the formatting of the date in the file name when you check the option to "Append date to file name". Currently, the date comes out as follows: "filename_2017-Jan-19_2200.csv". I would like the file name to be saved as: "filename_20170119.csv" (filename_YYYYmmDD.csv) I don't see any areas that cover this in the Help section and under Localizations. Thank you for your help!
  4. Hello, I am using Datahub for the first time. I am getting "file not found error" when I attempt to set up a scheduled task to import a csv file from a web server via FTP. Here are the steps I followed to set this up: From Schedule Tasks page I click "Start new task" I select "Import" for type of task I want to create For the source I completed it as follows: Address: ftp.webaddress.com Directory: /web/content/inventory/ Checked "requires authentication box" and I entered the correct username and password When I click "test connection" I get a green circle with a check mark For the file path and name: /web/content/inventory/CheckInOut.csv Error: When I click next I get the following error "File not found on remote site. Check the site settings or file path and try again." Things I checked: I double checked the spelling of the address, path and file name I can connect to the address with a standard FTP client and I can see the file I want to downloand and I am able to download it from the client. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
