Errors While using REST web service for using Webhooks

I am working on inserting the record of a call from Call Tracking Metrics(CTM) into caspio when a call is triggered. I am using webhooks for this. I have created a webhook in CTM, and have added a Request Url of Caspio REST Api profile resource endpoint url.
It is giving me erros of "Bad Request" and "Unauthorized access".
Please help me with this.

It may be due to you are not authenticating your Caspio calls correctly.

I would recommend you using the following thrid party service to make proper calls to Caspio APIs https://www.futuresuite.net/products/api-library.php

• Ability to send webhooks for tables with triggered actions 
• Ability to send webhooks based on changes in tables caused by triggered actions and application tasks
• REST API access to the count of created messages, calls, and received errors for webhooks from the past 30 days
