I am trying to add a formula to my table, and I keep getting the following error: "Unable to save table due to incompatible values in one or more formula fields."
Formula:
([@field:Elig_Reg_Riders]+[@field:Elig_Spec_Need_Riders])/([@field:Regular_Runs]+[@field:SPED_Runs])
All four of the fields have Number DataType, so I am not sure why I am getting this error. Can you please help?

Visit type:
A. Phone
B. In person
C. Remote
So each employee over 100 entries would have say 30 Phone, 60 in person, 10 remote. Counting and totaling the number of text answer selections seems unusally cumbersome (at least compared to other apps like Knack). But its even hard to count them across and for all employees. For example total number of Phone visits all employees. I can never get it to work in the formula, using regular expressions or SQL.
In Knack its a simple option, here its so programmatic and feel like there has to be an easier way. Im kinda new though.

I am new to Caspio and was hoping someone could help me.
I have compiled a table of results and in my last column I built a calculated field which produces an outcome of either Win or Loss.
At the bottom I am trying to create a COUNT formula for aggregation so I can build a percentage which shows the amount of wins as a percentage of the total count.
Is there a way to do this?
Thanks

Is there a way to pass the result from my DataPage calculated field back to a table (same table that the DataPage is connected to)? Or, is there anyway to get a working formula directly on the table that provides a number 1 through 7 for day of the week for a given date?
The formula I am currently using on the DataPage and works well is: DatePart(dw,[@field:XXXXX])

There is already a
in the header and a
in the footer.
Am I just being very stupid?
But nearly everytime I do a calculated field it hates the syntax that I got from W3Schools or a Caspio forum user.
So for Caspio specifically, is there a finite and known list of SQL commands and syntax we have to follow - so we dont waste our time with fucntions that wont work in Caspio?
And are these correct assumptions?
I have tried some very basic forum suggested code and they always fail to verify. For example:
SELECT COUNT(ID)
FROM table_name
WHERE ID = target.[@field:incidentID]
or
select count(user_id) from table_name where CME_Category='Value'
What am I missing (other than basic skills ;^)

For example, if my time entries are:
StartTime EndTime TimeSpan
08:30 10:30 2:00
09:45 10:45 1:00
13:30 15:45 2:15 (sum = 4:15)
If I use: sum(datediff(minutes, StartTime, EndTime )) I get 255... (4 * 60 + 15)
But how in the world do I present the output as 4:15 and not 255. Yes, I've changed the 'Formatting' to Time (HH:MM), to no avail.
Any help would be deeply appreciated!

I originally created a field called "warning_level" in which you could select a 1, 2, or a 3.
But now I'm wondering if it's possible to automatically calculate/count how many warnings have been submitted for each employee.
And also limit submissions to three per employee.
Additionally, warnings are meant to expire after one year. Is it possible to calculate the age of a submission and automatically make it inactive, and then prevent it from being included in the count?
Thanks in advance for your help!
I have a field named Code_Description and I want to parse the code into a separate field. The contents of the field are separated by an "_".

Desired State:

CDL | CDL_Commercial Drivers License |

IsNull(Left([@field:Code_Description],(Patindex('%_%', [@field:Code_Description])-1)),' ')
Any thoughts? Thanks in Advance.
