I want to create a View that filters "Event Date" from the main table. I only want to shoe dates that are greater than July 4, 2016. I created the View, selected the table (all fields) and am having a problem with the "Criteria" tab. I click and drag the box where I can select the field and choose the operator, and then input the criteria (Table.Date Greater than 06/30/2016). After clicking on Finish I get a message that the criteria is not correct and would I like Auto Correct and I click Yes But it appears the criteria is not saved because if I click Edit and go to the same spot, the Criteria is blank. What am I missing? Thank you

I have a Search Report where I use a drop down menu to select the field "Event Name" and the report shows all of the records for that Event. Works fine. In preparation for the change of year, I need a way to filter out any records with the "Event Date" before (less than) 2017. How do I do both? Thanks.

I want to create a submission form that does not allow someone to fill out the form if today's date is more than 30 days before a certain date (field = Event Date)....and a message pops up that says "It's too early to submit your request". Is there a way to test for this?
