  1. I have a tabular report that has calculated fields using SELECT expressions to get various values related to each record in the results. I then have the main field in the results grouped and an aggregation to average (so the aggregated value is the same as the repeated calculated field value) the calculated field(s). The aggregation shows up at the 'top' next to grouped main field. This is good (unfortunately tabular grouped sections only show the single grouped field and no related fields get to be in the top level with it- so I have to go this route). However.. What I need to do: hide the calculated field column that is repeated for each record in the results. I just need to show the aggregated average at the top. If I hide the whole column (which is easy) I lose the aggregation. Is there some way to hide the column results but keep the aggregation of that column? I was thinking maybe some way to change the style of the datapage to hide a specific column (or white the text to match the white background) by an id or something- but I don't know how to do that. Also, if there's a js way that'd be great too. I attached a screenshot- see how the 3rd and 4th column repeat the calculated field for every record- but the aggregation is at the top. I need to hide the repeated values (just not the aggregation). Any help would be very much appreciated-
  2. I have a DataPage that shows Total and Due by Group. I used two aggregations, one is SUM for total and another one is SUM-2100 for due. Those values are fine in Group, but Caspio tries to calculate from entire values. I assume that "-900" is coming from 2100-(400+800). What is the best way to show "-3000" in TOATAL DUE? (COUNT([@field:Applicants_Email])*2100-SUM) did not work because COUNT increase a number by one. I am fine to hide "TOTAL DUE" if there is no good way. But, I cannot find a way to hide it. Any idea? Thank you very much.
  3. Hi There, I am new to Caspio and was hoping someone could help me. I have compiled a table of results and in my last column I built a calculated field which produces an outcome of either Win or Loss. At the bottom I am trying to create a COUNT formula for aggregation so I can build a percentage which shows the amount of wins as a percentage of the total count. Is there a way to do this? Thanks Warwick
  4. I have a datapage with several columns of data as well as 3 columns of calculated fields. Currently, these fields are then summed in 3 different aggregation rows at the bottom of my table. Having 3 separate rows is not ideal visually. Also, if possible, I would like to ability to use them in HTML (ie, say "You saved $xx this year). Is there any way to do this? I can't find a way to refer to the aggregate values in the footer or to have it sum the calculated values in the footer itself. (ie SUM([@Savings#]).
  5. I have created a search and report page to display time sheets for employees. We have different "types" of time: regular, holiday, sick, vacation, personal, and bereavement. The employee selects this from a drop down when submitting time sheets. When running the report, I would like the data to be sorted by date, to keep it as easy to read as possible. However, at the bottom of the report, I would like a total of all the hours as well as totals for any types indicated (i.e. Sick Total 4 hours, Vacation Total 8 hours, Regular Total 28 hours, Total 40 hours). I can get totals for subgroups and overall, but that automatically sorts the data by the subgroup (Type), so the data is sorted by Type before Date. I'm including a screen shot for reference. Can you tell me how to get all the totals to appear at the bottom, so I can sort by Date? Thanks!
  6. Hi! I'd like to know if it's possible to create a report showing only the aggregation I've created, and no all the records (expanded or not). Thanks for the help. Sergio
  7. Hi! I'm new as CASPIO user. I'd like to set up a report data page, with charts if it's possible, showing only aggregation values (no records) like pivot tables in excel. Is this possible? How can I do it? Thanks for your help. Sergio
