I heard that caspio now allows more than just a few emails to be notified in the email notification form. I tried entering more than a few and it only let me do about 5 or so. Is there a trick to do this? Thanks

We figured out how to let outlook filter the email to one individual and then forward the email to others in a group. It would be nice if Caspio could do it but then again they do not need users turning their servers into mail servers. Thanks for the tip

I want to have the email auto responder send email to about 40 addresses. It doesn't seem to let me do that many. Is there a way to call a file that has all the email addresses or is it that caspio does not support large numbers of emails. Please advise

i am using a search that have multiple fields...the same fields that are used to upload information to the database table. I want to be able to enter a word into on or two of these fields and have them found even if it is not an exact match... example looking for the \"Author\" I would enter the word \"test\" and find \"tester\" or in a key word field be able to find a single word and not have to enter all the words exactly. Right now it appears that the search requires and exact match. Anyone know how to do this?

I need this same function...one drop down for categories and then based on that selection a new drop down with a listing of documents associated with that category.
