    Hi bookish,
    Please note that bulk edit is treated as a single update event in Triggered Action as you have already discovered.
    I would suggest using COUNT expression in order to count the number of records updated with a bulk edit and add this value to existing value from  SCHEDULES table.
    So, you Triggered Action will look similar to this one:

    Hope this helps.

    Try  adding <?php session_start(); ?> at the beginning of the "class-datapage-loader.php" file. Also, please remove any trailing spaces at the beginning of that file. You may find more details here

    bookish got a reaction from lbyirsva53 in Disable A Form For Wrong Entry
    Hi! May I ask how to disable a form if in the field for specifying a special diet the person places a special room request. How can the form be disabled if the person places words such as "room", "bedroom", "floor"? The error message should be "Please specify your diet requirement." Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi bookish,
    Can you use drop-down lists instead of input fields?
    You can use Lookup tables with variants of special diets and special room requests.
    You can look for some words in the field with the following code:
    <SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript"> function check_text() { var text_for_checking = document.getElementById("InsertRecordtext").value; var wrong_answer = false; if (text_for_checking.search("room")!=-1) {wrong_answer = true}; if (text_for_checking.search("floor")!=-1) {wrong_answer = true}; if (wrong_answer)    {       alert("Please specify your diet requirement.");       return false;    } } document.getElementById("caspioform").onsubmit=check_text; </SCRIPT> Please, enter the name of your field instead of text in the
    var text_for_checking = document.getElementById("InsertRecordtext").value;
    You can add as many words as you wish, just copy the line
    if (text_for_checking.search("room")!=-1) {wrong_answer = true};
    and enter your word instead of "room".
    To use a Java Script code, please add a Header&Footer element, select the Footer element, then click the Source button, and then enter a code.    I hope it helps.

    Hello bookish,
    You can add a Header&Footer element, select the Footer element, click the Source button and enter the following JavaScript code, that will check the field:
    <SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript"> function check_date() { var entered_value = document.getElementById("InsertRecorddate_value").value; var entered_date = new Date(entered_value); var entered_year = entered_date.getFullYear(); var today = new Date(); var current_year = today.getFullYear(); var allowed_years = 15; if(current_year - entered_year < allowed_years)    {       alert("Incorrect Birthday.");       return false;    } } document.getElementById("caspioform").onsubmit=check_date; </SCRIPT> Please, insert the name of your field instead of "date_value" in the following line:
    var entered_value = document.getElementById("InsertRecorddate_value").value;
    You can also enter you message instead of "Incorrect Birthday." and change the value of "allowed_years".
    I hope, it helps.
