I have a DataPage that shows Total and Due by Group. I used two aggregations, one is SUM for total and another one is SUM-2100 for due. Those values are fine in Group, but Caspio tries to calculate from entire values. I assume that "-900" is coming from 2100-(400+800). What is the best way to show "-3000" in TOATAL DUE? (COUNT([@field:Applicants_Email])*2100-SUM) did not work because COUNT increase a number by one. I am fine to hide "TOTAL DUE" if there is no good way. But, I cannot find a way to hide it. Any idea? Can we send out newsletter or notification by filtering like this? User table has the following fields. E-mail Address Church Newsletter A Church Newsletter B Regional Newsletter A Regional Newsletter B Youth Newsletter People can choose Yes or No in the newsletter fields. If, for example, Church Newsletter A is on, can the mass mail tool filter the Church Newsletter A field, and send a message out to those who chose Yes in the filed? I am not asking how to do right now, but want to know if it is easily done without the admin UI. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. That may be difficult for me. How about this idea? E-mail addresses of users are stored in one column. Is there any way to copy those data into one single filed with this format? abc@company.com, def@company.com, ghi@company.com, ..... And, I am thinking of making a form which sends out newsletter by putting those e-mail addresses into BCC.

We have our own smtp server, and is there any way to send mass mailing, such as a newsletter, within the application? Let's say, we have user table which stores users' e-mail addresses. I am thinking of submitting a form can send out a message to all or part of users in the table. Does it requires special coding skills? Thank you.

I am watching the video tutorials now. I will most likely go with Express plan with unlimited users. However, I do not know if I understand the difference between 50 users plan and unlimited user plan. The video demo create a table for authentication, and username and password are stored there. It can be used for table level and record level security, which is big plus to me. But, if we create users like that, the number of users seem to be out of your control. In other words, If I go with 10 user plan and use that method to create 100 users, what will happen to my application? Can anybody explain what is wrong with me? Thank you.

Hello. I am doing a research on online database application and CRM to make our own Family/Individual management system. What we need is simple, but I would like to know if Caspio can do or not. I want all members to login to their own account, and they should be able to add/edit their personal information (profile). However, they should not see the others' information. On the other hand, admin group should be able to access all information of the members. I tested QuickBase and Zoho Creator, but, they seem to be designed for management people. I did not see the way to restrict each user's information. Can anybody help me to understand if Caspio can help us? Thank you.
