    Hi @Alison,
    You can design Trigger in such a way which allow you to achieve the desired functionality.
    You need to make sure that:
    1. Your parent/child table has one-to-many relationship;
    2. You create a special table which will be used as insert template.
    3. Please note that you would need to list the same number of records in insert template as the number of days which you could have in the date range.
    4. You need to create a Trigger.
    You may import my example into your account and check the structure there.

    JEllington reacted to thirdcharm in (Resolved) getElementById not working with Asynchronous Deployment
    Hi JEllington,
    Please try the following scripts below and this also works on asynchronous deployments:
    In the Header of your DataPage:
    <div id="elmName">Original Text</div> In the Footer of your DataPage:
    <script> document.getElementById("elmName").innerHTML = "Text changed!"; </script> Then click "Preview" to check.
    Note: Please make sure you only have one id of elmName declared in your page.
    Let me know if this helps.

    JEllington reacted to Dazzler in innerHTML conversion for Asynchronous DP deployment
    If your WO_Num field is a unique id of the records in the report, try the following...
        <div id="linkto[@field:WO_Num]"></div>
        document.getElementById("linkto[@field:WO_Num]").innerHTML = blah blah blah
    I have traditionally done this to ensure each div has a unique id, and it works with the Asynchronous deployment method
    ...
    However I am finding it does not to work any more in a DataPage Header (with the Asynchronous deployment method)
    EDIT: I have only found this to work if the innerHTML statement is placed after the Header Element of the DataPage (ie. in a subsequent HTML Block), but then it is called for every record when the content is only in my report heading)

    Hi,
    yes, you are right, datapages can't be exported via data hub. However you may export all the datapages with dependencies (associated tables, style, localization etc. ) at ones. Go to Tools->export->Custom->include all the datapages and then use bulk operation to include all the dependencies.

    It's great to hear that it is now working. Note that since the signature pad is created using Javascript, common issues usually arise when there's a problem with the browser. A system restart or clearing your browser's cache usually helps.

    Just want to add this additional information.
    Note that HTML Tags styling is ignored for embedded DataPages. If you edit your style, and choose HTML tags, you will see that message at the bottom of the page.  For URL or iframe deployment this will not be a problem though.

    All CSS customization can be found under Styles. Edit your current style, choose any of the elements then click the Source tab. You'll find the CSS used in the style. You can add your custom CSS here. After adding your style, you should see User-defined Styles under DataPage elements.

    I have found that if you add a new field to a table, and you have a view associated with the table the field added to the table shows in the view without the “Include field in View” box checked.
    If you go into the view and navigate to “Field Properties”, you will find your newly added field at the bottom of the list, select it, then check the “Include field in View” check box under field options.

    Hi Jan,

    I think, you can add this code to the Footer (do not forget clicking the Source button and changing FIELDNAME to the name of your field):
    <SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript">      var myDate = new Date();      myDate.setFullYear(myDate.getFullYear()+1);      var myMonth = myDate.getMonth() + 1;      if (myMonth<10) {myMonth = "0" + myMonth;}      var myDay = myDate.getDate();      if (myDay<10) {myDay = "0" + myDay;}      var myYear = myDate.getFullYear();      var result = myDay + "." + myMonth + "."  + myYear;      document.getElementById("InsertRecordFIELDNAME").value=result; </SCRIPT> When a DataPage opens, the current date in the "dd.mm.yyyy" format is entered to the field.

    I'll be grateful, if you tell me if the code works.

    Have a nice day!

    <script> myFunction() { window.parent.location.reload(); } document.getElementById("caspioform").onsubmit=myFunction; </script> Olfa

    I've found the pairing of Wp and Caspio to be great. Haven't had a single issue with parameter passing whatsoever and I pass a lot of them.

    Hi Jim,

    I've never faced problems with passing parameters in wordpress, but wordpress styles sometimes cause problems. So probably you would need to change or delete attributes to customize Styles.

    In  one of his videos Ned Pajic explained what the different modules in the deploy code do and pointed out the ones that do not  need to deployed. I have since not been able to find this video. Nonetheless I think with the new CB upgrade, the deploy modules have changed anyway. Are there any modules in the deploy code that can be left out to help reduce bandwidth overhead?
    I was charged for going over the 1GB data transfer limit and had to up to 2GB. I have not even put the site into production yet. Caspio needs to revisit the imposed data transfer limits.

    Have a div around each report deploy code and give it an ID and hide it, for instance:

    Report 1:
    <div id="r1" style="display:none;"> Caspio Deploy code of report 1 </div> Report 2:
    <div id="r2" style="display:none;"> Caspio deploy code for report 2 </div>  And then on the web page have this script below all deploy codes:
    <script> var report = getParameterByName('r'); if (report == 'r1'){ document.getElementById('r1').style.display = 'inline-block'; } else if (report == 'r2'){ document.getElementById('r2').style.display = 'inline-block'; } function getParameterByName(name, url) { if (!url) url = window.location.href; name = name.replace(/[\[\]]/g, "\\$&"); var regex = new RegExp("[?&]" + name + "(=([^]*)|&|#|$)"), results = regex.exec(url); if (!results) return null; if (!results[2]) return ''; return decodeURIComponent(results[2].replace(/\+/g, " ")); } </script> Note, the destination after submission on search page you have URL to the page where you have deployed your pages in this format:

    http://URL?r=[@field:NAME OF THE FIELD USER SELECTS REPORT]

    In the form datapage, you need to go to the advanced tab and set your dropdown field to grab the external parameter you are sending on load. If you don't, the form will just reload on submission as if it was new.
