  1. Hi bookish, Please note that bulk edit is treated as a single update event in Triggered Action as you have already discovered. I would suggest using COUNT expression in order to count the number of records updated with a bulk edit and add this value to existing value from SCHEDULES table. So, you Triggered Action will look similar to this one: Hope this helps.
  2. Hi geoffdude, You may try to use a method described in this topic in order to pass an external parameter to the iframe. Please note that your iframe source should have the same domain address as your web-page. Hope this helps. regards, vitalikssssss
  3. Hi geoffdude, I know that onload event in no longer supported in Caspio after 10.0 release because of restriction applied by new deployment method. https://howto.caspio.com/release-notes/caspio-bridge-10-0/ A workaround solution described at the bottom of this article: https://howto.caspio.com/deployment/ Regards, vitalikssssss
  4. Hi telepet, You can hide cascading fields from a user with HTML blocks. You may refer to this article for further information: https://howto.caspio.com/tech-tips-and-articles/common-customizations/how-to-hide-fields-in-datapages/ Hope this helps.
  5. Hi cpcbsa, I believe that you can achieve the desired layout of the report with a simple SQL expression which you should place in the calculated field. You may find some SQL examples in this article: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/reports/advanced-reporting/calculations-in-forms-and-reports/ Alternatively, you may try to use Triggered Action to update a field in information table based on information from transaction table. https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/triggered-actions/ Hope this helps.
  6. Hi AdamS, I am afraid that you cannot pass Total & Aggregation field value. I would recommend using calculated field with SQL expression in order to display table sum value in Datapage which has a different datasource table. Here is an example of SQL expression: SELECT SUM(Sales) FROM Sales_By_Region_TBL WHERE SaleRep_ID = target.[@field:SaleRep_ID] Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  7. Hi AdamS, You can set the authentication advanced setting called "Login redirection on success" to the "Same form" if you would like the user to remain on the same page which initiated the login. Regards, vitalikssssss
  8. Hi ChristineM, I suppose that you have forgotten to press "Source" button in HTML editor before inserting the code. The issue described in this article: https://howto.caspio.com/faq/caspio-bridge-8-4/inserting-code-in-html-blocks-and-header-footer/ Regards, Vitalikssssss
  9. Hi DesiLogi, You can convert date/time field to a String with the following expression: LEFT(CONVERT(VARCHAR, [@field:Date], 120), 10) Regards, vitalikssssss
  10. Hi everyone, I have revised the initial Javascript solution so it could meet the requirements of recent Asynchronous deployment method which do not support window.onload() event. <iframe id="iframe_pdf" style="width:80%; height: 1100px; display: none;" align="middle" frameborder="0"></iframe> <script> document.addEventListener('DataPageReady', function (event){ if(!("[@field:Document/]" == "")){ embed_pdf(); } }); function embed_pdf(){ var google_link= "https://docs.google.com/gview?url="; var google_param = "&embedded=true"; var pdf_link = "[@field:Document/]"; var encoded_pdf_link = encodeURIComponent(pdf_link); var iframe_window = document.getElementById("iframe_pdf"); iframe_window.style.display = "block"; iframe_window.src=google_link + encoded_pdf_link + google_param; } </script>
  11. Hi brunobonna, You can enabled image re-sizer if you check highlighted checkbox.
  12. Hi stansmith12345, A screenshot of your existing Trigger will help to understand the source of an issue.
  13. Hi wdandrews, You can use Record-Level-Security to restrict options list in the drop-down if your Datapage is authenticated. https://howto.caspio.com/authentications-and-connections/authentication/record-level-security/filter-lookup-dropdown-or-listbox-based-on-user-or-role/ Hope this help.
  14. Hi wdandrews, You may consider using drop-down Virtual field instead of two text fields one of which is cascading. Here is the link to an article which describes the concept: https://howto.caspio.com/tech-tips-and-articles/common-customizations/dynamic-redirects-after-form-submission/ Regards, vitalikssssss
  15. Hi cldb2016, Perhaps you can utilize formula field with substring function instead of custom JavaScript Solution. Here are some links to articles about formula field and its function: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/data-types/formula-fields/ https://howto.caspio.com/function-reference/ Regards, vitalikssssss
  16. Hi brandon, You can enable a confirmation field in field settings. regards, vitalikssssss
  17. Hi mdav20, You can use filter the records based on pre-defined criteria via authentication parameter "jobsite" and use " If empty, ignore criteria" filtering option in order to allow managers to view all records. Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  18. Hi Moritz, 1. You can hide submit button by placing following CSS code in Datapage header. <style> .cbSubmitButton { display:none; } </style> 2. You can use an HTML block and display the message via innerHTML Property. Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  19. Hi vanderLeest, This can be achieved by using Joins with #inserted and table which has multiple records under same Id`s as inserted but "Select distinct" will restrict the output only to one record. Here is an example of the Triggered action which will insert unique records into the separate table: Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  20. Hi DesiLogi, I am afraid that you cannot use Update block with the same table as the one on which you have built Trigger Action with event "update" because it will create an infinitive loop of Trigger execution. Regards, vitalikssssss
  21. Hi DesiLogi, You should use an Update block instead of Insert block if you would like to set the field 'Use_This' to 'True' for the new, inserted record. Here is an example: This Trigger should do the trick. I am afraid I have no idea of such Trigger behavior for another issue which you have discovered. I think it is better to ask Caspio Team about the reason for this odd behavior. Regards, vitalikssssss
  22. Hi DesiLogi, You should use Join with #inserted instead of Where condition in order to replicate the desired behavior. Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  23. Hi DesiLogi, We screenshot of your existing Trigger will help us to find the reason of the issue. cheers, vitalikssssss
  24. Hi vanderLeest, Perhaps you can use a Pivot table datapage which can give you the desired output and layout. https://howto.caspio.com/getting-started/create-a-pivot-table-report/ Hope this helps. vitalikssssss
