  1. Hi @CornCasper , You can change a value in one field with a single click if you use the following concept: 1. Create a single record update form; 2. Set the default value as "Yes" to the field in question; 3. Copy the deploy URL of above datapage; 4. Generate a code for a pop-up window with links/menu generator. 4. Add an HTML block in your report datapage and insert the code for a pop-up window; 6. Specify the string parameter of the unique identifier of a record; 7. Add auto-submit javascript to the single record update form as explained in this topic. Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  2. Hi @dmyoungsal, Please make sure that you select a "Display Value" in the relationship settings. Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  3. Hi @AnchovyXL , You may consider using Triggered Action if you need cross-table calculation. https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/triggered-actions/ Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  4. Hi @kpcollier, Can you share with us a code which you used for the tabbed interface? Do you have any custom JS in your Datapages? Regards, vitalikssssss

You can play around with CSS in Caspio Styles in order to hide this messages. Style -> Source -> All You need to add/modify the following line of code in the following classes: display:none; CSS classes: .cbResultSetRecordMessage .cbFormError .cbFormRequiredMarker I would recommend to duplicate your existing Style and apply the above-mentioned changes in the duplicate copy. Hi @Heather, Perhaps you can use a method described in the following HowTo article: https://howto.caspio.com/getting-started/display-results-on-a-separate-web-page/ Hope this helps. Regards, Vitalikssssss
  7. Hi @simishu, I can suggest creating a View which would join your Tables Developer and Details in order to have the ability to search by the name of the developer (Developer_Name field from Developer table) with Autocomplete form element. You can use a View as a data source for your report Datapage. Please check this article for more insights: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/what-are-views/creating-a-view-to-join-tables/ Regards, vitalikssssss
  8. You can use SQL statements in Calculated, Total&Aggregation fields and also if you assign Calculated value form element to a field from submission form. Regards, vitalikssssss
  9. Hi @techguy , The easiest way I see is to use a standalone Details page with a Calculated field in which you can write SQL statement. https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/reports/advanced-reporting/calculations-in-forms-and-reports/ You can insert a value from the Calculated field into HTML block with a parameter picker. You may use technic with HTML block described in the following article to hide the Calculated field from a user: https://howto.caspio.com/tech-tips-and-articles/common-customizations/how-to-hide-fields-in-datapages/ Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  10. Here is a slightly updated code: <button onclick="resetForm()" type="button" class="cbSearchButton">Clear Form</button><script> function resetForm() { var myForm = document.querySelectorAll('form[action*="[@cbAppKey]"] input[type=text]'); myForm.forEach(function(elem) { elem.value=""; }); } </script> Regards, vitalikssssss
  11. Hi @techguy , You should hide a default button with CSS and add custom one in HTML block. Place an HTML block at the bottom of a search fields list and insert following snippet of code there: <div id="target"></div> Finally, add the following snippet of code to search form Footer: <script type="text/javascript"> document.addEventListener('DataPageReady', moveBtn, false); function moveBtn() { var btn = document.getElementsByName('searchID')[0]; var target = document.getElementById('target') target.appendChild(btn); } </script> <style type="text/css"> .cbFormTableEvenRow { display: none; } </style> Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  12. Hi @Colnocode , Thank you for the details you have sent. I am afraid the reason that you do not want to use actual field because you will spoil the original email message makes no sense to me. You can use a standard Text255 field instead of the Virtual field and assign Cascading Text field form element and Table(1) will be a lookup for this field. Please note that you will not be able to change the records from lookup table within the current design of Caspio. You can share with me the screenshots/links to your datapages in PM. I will be glad to help you. Regards, Vitalikssssss
  13. Hi @hayaa, Perhaps you can add a Virtual field to the submission form where a user can select if he has an account or no. You can create a dynamic re-direct after form submission as described in this article: https://howto.caspio.com/tech-tips-and-articles/common-customizations/dynamic-redirects-after-form-submission/ Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  14. Hi @Shuchi, I believe that this won`t be possible with the current feature set of Caspio. You may use Triggered Action and a separate table to store distinct values. I will be able to offer you a more precise suggestion if you provide me with more details about the place where you will use the View with distinct values. Regards, vitalikssssss
  15. Hi @dmyoungsal, I think you will be able to resolve this case by creating a one-to-many relationship. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IstAk982ntA You can create a self-join View if your table have a one-to-many relationship. https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/what-are-views/self-join-views/ Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  16. Hi @roattw, Please check your Datapage header. I think below "div"s were closed by HTML editor. <div class="wrapper2"> <div class="div2"> You should disable the HTML editor prior inserting the snippet of code. Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  17. Hi @Colnocode, Why you cannot use the Message (text 64000) field from Table(2) instead of [ Virtual´╗┐3] if you want the data to be saved in Table(2) upon submit? Regards, vitalikssssss
  18. Hi @hismaimai8888, Welcome to Caspio Forum. You can find search field at the right part of forum header. Regards, vitalikssssss
  19. Hi @billid, I would suggest taking a look at Triggered Action feature of Caspio. Triggered Actions allow data manipulation, calculations and sending notifications by constructing application logic with a visual interface. They will be executed on specified events to perform actions on data in your tables. Changes in one table can affect data in other tables. Regards, vitalikssssss
  20. Hi @kpcollier , Here is an example of the desired logic of Triggered action: Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  21. Hi @Harbinger , You can pass ampersand if you encode your String parameter. You may check the following topic for more information: Stackoverflow Regards, vitalikssssss
  22. Hi there, I have the events app. I would like to use the submission form to register event attendees. The submission form should be unavailable as soon as the number of attendees reached the limit per event. How can I do that? Thanks, vitalikssssss
  23. Hi there guys, How can I change the status of the event (open/close) based on the expiration date in Gallery report datapage? Thank you for looking into this question.
  24. Hi @kvarjavand, Formula field doesn`t support Datepart(week) as far as I know. You need to use a workaround solution from this post: Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
  25. Hi @kpcollier, Perhaps you can use Tabular Report with Inline insert option enabled in order to add items to the order. You will need to create a submission form to create an order and pass Order ID to the Tabular report Datapage which allows adding items to the order. Hope this helps. Regards, vitalikssssss
