  1. Hello @FinTheHuman, If you are using a report DataPage to display the Birthday message, then you can use calculated field with formula to generate the message you wanted. You can try using this formula: CASE WHEN Datediff(Month,[@field:Birthday],GetUTCDate())=0 AND Datediff(Day,[@field:Birthday],GetUTCDate())=0 THEN 'Happy Birthday to you!' ELSE 'Not your birthday yet !' END For further instruction, you check this documentation: Calculated Field I hope this helps ~WatashiwaJin~

  4. Hi @IamBlossom, I think using a select statement in the Formula field at the table is not possible because it's pre-define. What I suggest is you just add a field in the first table that you can use to store the data that your going to get in the second table using a trigger action, you can check the process in this video tutorial: And then you can use the data that is transfered in your Formula field. I hope this helps ~WatashiwaJin~

Hi @FinTheHuman, You can also try using this JavaScript code in displaying the Error massage below the form when the all the required field do not contain any values after submission: <div data-cb-name="FooterErrorMsg" class="cbFormError" id="error"></div> <script type="text/javascript"> document.addEventListener('DataPageReady', function (event) { document.getElementsByName('Submit')[0].onmouseover = function(){ var PN = document.getElementById('InsertRecordProjectName').value; var t1 = document.getElementById('InsertRecordtest1').value; var t2 = document.getElementById('InsertRecordtest2').value; var t3 = document.getElementById('InsertRecordtest3').value; if(PN == "" || t1 == "" || t2 == "" || t3 == "" ){ document.getElementById("error").innerHTML='Values in one or more fields are invalid.'; } }; }); </script> You can change the name of the field and get there id in the HTML browser console, check the steps in the screenshot below: I hope this helps ~WatashiwaJin~
  8. Hello @FinTheHuman, Here some alternative solution. For you to be able to show the error massage in the Header and Footer of your DataPage form with the use of the standard feature of Caspio, just follow this steps: 1. Create an another section and add a HTML Block under it then type the error message: http://prntscr.com/lqviqj 2. Add a new conditional rule in the rules tab: http://prntscr.com/lqvjy2 3. Select all the required field and choose "is not blank" in the operetor section: http://prntscr.com/lqvkky 4. And in the Action, choose hidden and select the section you created: http://prntscr.com/lqvkzs 5. Then choose match all criteria (AND). It should be like this: http://prntscr.com/lqvlnp In this process, the error message is displayed in the Footer until all the required field in filled-up with value. I hope this helps ~WatashiwaJin~

And make sure that you unchecked the "enabled HTML Editor" in the advance option of the Header. I hope this helps ~WatashiwaJin~

  16. Hello @IamGroot, Just wanted to inform you, I found a way to export/import a table/database with List-DataType value inside it. 1. Change the DataType to "Text(255) field" and Export it. 2. And in your Excel file, make sure that the value for the List-String field is comma separated like this: (Item1,Item2,Item3,Item4, etc.) 3. Proceed with the import as usual. After successfully importing your file. Go to your Table and to the Table Design. 4. Change the "Text(255) Field" (The one we changed in step 1) back to List-String DataType. 5. Then it will just return the way it was. If you want to export it (reapeat step(1)). I hope this helps ~WatashiwaJin~

  22. Hello @kpcollier, Yes, you should replace it to your own field ID and add the button code to a HTML Block (Make sure that you unchecked the "Enabled HTML Editor"). And yes I highly recomend that you use button for this process, because you'll need the name of the button to call in the code.
