  1. Hi @maverick, With the HTML feature, you could also try to check this post to know better about how will you format your email. I hope it helps!
  2. You can center your Form with this code: div[id^="cbOuterAjaxCtnr"] { display: block !important; text-align: center !important; } form#caspioform { display: inline-block !important; } Thanks to Caspio Support for this code tho!
  3. Hi @JanineB, I believe that this behavior is not related to Caspio. I have done some research and found out that some styles and HTML features are often blocked by webmail providers. However, to be able to view your email as it is in Gmail and other email clients, you need inline style for each tag in your HTML. For reference, you can check these posts I have found: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1555171/why-is-gmail-blocking-css-in-emails https://www.emailonacid.com/blog/article/email-development/12_things_you_must_know_when_developing_for_gmail_and_gmail_mobile_apps-2/#gmail
  4. Hi @ucdcrush, This is doable in Caspio. This can be done using the Tabular Report or Calendar DataPage. However, if you would like to have this like in a Date basis, I suggest to use Calendar DataPage and have the "Walk" as like this page here: https://howto.caspio.com/tech-tips-and-articles/common-customizations/how-to-create-date-specific-new-record-links-in-calendar-datapages/ so they can see and submit the logs for Walk on a specific day. I hope it helps!
  5. Hi @johnv, Just an update. You may also use the new feature TASK on this certain scenario. This allows you to modify data based on a predefined time schedule which you can use to delete records. To know more about Tasks, check it here: https://howto.caspio.com/tasks/ Check this video for more information I hope it helps!
  6. Hi @Josh1425, You may use the new feature TASK on this certain scenario. Tasks are very similar to Triggered Actions. The main difference is what triggers them. You build the logic for Tasks the same way you build the logic for Triggered Actions. However, Tasks usually run on a recurring schedule while Triggered Actions run in response to a data insertion, update, or deletion. Tasks will allow you to modify data based on a predefined time schedule or set it as ON DEMAND which you can use to update the Page_ID as the Store name. To know more about Tasks, check it here: https://howto

  8. You could also try this instead: You can count the number of your columns and put it in the index to hide it. Hope it helps!
  9. Hi @Smashley, For limiting submissions, you could check this article: https://howto.caspio.com/tech-tips-and-articles/advanced-customizations/how-to-limit-the-number-of-submissions/ For expiration like one year, you may use the new feature TASK on this certain scenario. This allows you to modify data based on a predefined time schedule which you can use to update your field and make it inactive. To know more about Tasks, check it here: https://howto.caspio.com/tasks/ Check this video for more information I hope this helps!

  12. Hi @BridgeWay, Just an update: You can also use the Calculated Values without using JS. Calculated Value form element generates dynamic calculations that automatically update as users interact with your form. Similar to Formula Fields and Calculated Fields, you can construct the calculation using functions, logic, constants, values from other fields and SQL expressions. For more information about Calculated Values, check this article: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/datapage-components/calculated-values/ Hope it helps!
  13. Hi @wvantongeren, Just an update. You may use the new feature TASK on this certain scenario. 16. Hi @ScottECE, Just an update: You can use send an Email using Triggered Actions. Triggered Actions allow data manipulation, calculations and sending notifications by constructing application logic with a visual interface. They will be executed on specified events to perform actions on data in your tables. For more information about Triggered Actions, check it here: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/triggered-actions/ Hope it helps!
  17. Hi @skauntey, For your individual recruiter, I think you can use Record Level Security in your DataPages to filter it by the individual recruiters. 23. Hi! Just an update. You can use Triggered Action on this specific workflow. Triggered Actions allows you to create and execute a specified data events (i.e. insert, update or delete) to perform additional data changes and complex data calculations on the same table and other tables. You may refer to this article for more information: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/triggered-actions/ or watch this video: I hope it helps!
