  1. LittleMsGinger's post in Passing parameters containing an ampersand was marked as the answer
Instead of using script to pass parameter with ampersand, you can just use a simple formula. You need to change the ampersand to URL encoded character.
Add Calculated Value/ Calculated field and use: replace('[@field:FIELDNAME]','&','%26')
Then, pass this field as parameter instead of the actual field. Lastly, hide this field so it will not be visible in the form.
    Hope this helps.
  2. LittleMsGinger's post in Run trigger on Password Update was marked as the answer
    Hi @NiceDuck,
You can actually create a Trigger to run only if the Password field is updated, given that you only have few fields in the Table. In your criteria, you need to include all the fields except for the password.  There should be a Timestamp field as well that will stamp the time upon update. If the timestamp field was changed, it means that there is an update happened for that record. Other fields must be equal from the previous value to the inserted one.

    Hope this helps.
  3. LittleMsGinger's post in Pivot Table: Calculated field option grayed out? was marked as the answer
    Hi @roattw,
If you select a field in the table, Custom option will not be available. It is present in Totals and Aggregation if you click on the plus button. Also, picker button is not available in Pivot Table.
  4. LittleMsGinger's post in Basic totals? One row pivot table or show only aggregate totals? was marked as the answer
    Hi @roattw,
Actually, you can use Pivot table to achieve your desired Report.
You can use Totals and Aggregation under values and add custom formula.

    This will be the result

  5. LittleMsGinger's post in Displaying Virtual Field in Tabular Report was marked as the answer
    Hi @TMCGINN1,
You need to wrap the parameter in a single quote. For example '[@Virtual1]'. This way you will be able to use parameter in  SQL query. You can also use HTML Block instead.
  6. LittleMsGinger's post in Reminder email trigger - stuck was marked as the answer
    Hi @roattw,
You can use #inserted in the Select From block instead of the Table (Patients_Encounters_Pre121219). If you use the Table itself, every time the Triggered Action runs, it will send an email to all records where Pending_Info is equal to "Y".
You can refer to this video for more information:

  7. LittleMsGinger's post in On Insert Need to Add 12 Records to Child Table was marked as the answer
    Hi @Becca37,
As I understand, you want to insert 12 records in AdmissionChecklistItem table upon inserting a record in Admission Table. May I ask if you were inserting 12 identical records?
If yes, there is a workaround for this. You need to create a Dummy table. This will helps with the looping of the trigger.

The trigger on your Admission Table should look like this:

You may import this file to your account and see how it works. Add_12_Records_1_0_2019-Apr-01_2106.zip
    Hope this helps.
  8. LittleMsGinger's post in PageViewIncrement was marked as the answer
    Hello @Watusi,
You cannot display the value of the field in Details Page if it is set to PageViewIncrement. However, you can insert a calculated field and pass the value to it. Just like this:

    Hope this helps.
