  1. Try this: <script type="text/javascript"> document.addEventListener('BeforeFormSubmit', function(event) { event.preventDefault(); var x = document.getElementById('InsertRecordDOM').value; if (typeof x === 'number' || (x%1===0)) { alert('This form only submit alpha characters!'); } else { document.forms["caspioform"].submit(); } }); </script>
  2. There is other way to do this, using typeof in JavaScript inside an If block, I believe. I'll get back to you, let me see.
  3. Hi @Perzival You will need to use JavaScript to check the input then. Use a document selector to get the input element and then check its value attribute. Make sure it is the right length. Then match it against a regular expression. (Learn about them here: Regular Expressions) If everything thing is fine, return true. Otherwise, return false
  4. It might be best to contact their support team. https://www.caspio.com/support/
  5. Hi Batchini, Try to access the Parent node of the element. something like #caspioform > table ...
  6. Wow! Thanks for sharing, @DefinitelyNot31337 I've thought of this but not sure how to do it in Caspio. Now I am able to do it. Thanks again.
  7. I've tested out my DataPages deployed in WordPress 5.0.3, no problem encountered by far. Just back everything up before updating your WordPress. You should be fine.
  8. Hi @joneslovescaspio You may want to check out this article for more info: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/scheduled-import-and-export/scheduled-import-task/
  9. That is doable but will require some complex functionalities I believe. If you don't have time and resources to build this app, you may want to consider @OppaShinJoonYoung suggestion. To contact Professional Services. They provide custom application development based on the well-defined requirement.
  10. How will the task trigger? May you specify as well how your API works? Here you'll find the basic instructions of task: https://howto.caspio.com/tasks/
  11. There is an HTML tag for that, and it is called <blink></blink>, there is also a Javascript way to do that if you're familiar then this might help: https://www.wikihow.com/Make-Text-Blink-in-HTML I am not yet certain if this can be achieved in CSS but you can insert a header/footer on your report and disable the enable HTML editor from the advanced tab. Then in CSS, you can have the following: .blinking{ animation:blinkingText 0.8s infinite; } @keyframes blinkingText{ 0%{ color: #000; } 49%{ color: transparent; } 50%{ color: transparent; } 99%{ color:transparent; } 100%{ color: #000; } } Instead of .blinking, you can select the Class or any attribute of the object you want to style, I haven't tested this code yet but, I definitely will test later. Let me know if this helps
  12. Perhaps you can give us a hint of what you're trying to get?
  13. Hi @Jess147, First off, I would suggest using a triggered action in your main table to calculate the total of the column, then send the value to another field from the table where you will insert the data. To do this, you will need to add an INSERT block, select the table where you want to insert the data --> Now set the field that will contain the total calculation and send to another field that will receive the value to the selected table. Here's the screen capture of my sample triggered action. I hope this helps. ~ H
  14. Excellent! @JolliBeng, I can now create a scheduled task that will import my EXCEL data with Calculated field's value and have my table updated with it. Thanks!
