  3. Here is a documentation on how to apply conditional Rules to create dynamic change forms that fine tune fields based on user entries: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/forms/conditional-forms/
  4. In the Advanced tab, you can also enable the Truncate option to limit the amount of text displayed from a long text field. Enabling Allow users to expand/collapse allows the user to see or re-hide the truncated text. The look and feel of expand/collapse is controlled in the Styles and for text links the language is managed in the Localization object of the DataPage. For reference, here is the documentation under Configuring the Results Page section.
  5. One workaround for this is to create a separate details page. Steps are included here. However, for step 1, instead of using a Details Report, you need to use a List Report so that PDF download option can be enable. You may need to modify the Results Page Fields section to make it look like your original details page. You may also use Tabular Report and use HTML Blocks to make the layout similar to the original details page.
  6. For future reference, here's a video guide on how to create a multi-step form:

  12. Hi Chuchu, WordPress style overrides Caspio's, I would suggest adding a Header & Footer in your DataPage, and insert the code below in the Header. <style> #caspioform tr { border: none !important; } #caspioform td { border: none !important; } table { border: none !important; } </style> For more information on how to add Header/Footer in your DataPage, you can refer to this document: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/datapage-components/datapage-header-and-footer/ Let me know if this works for you. If not, please provide the URL to your deployed DataPage.
  13. Hi JamesMobiloo, you can use subqueries in Calculated Fields. You can refer to this documentation with an example of counting records from a table: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/reports/advanced-reporting/calculations-in-forms-and-reports/ Just jump to Subqueries in Calculated Fields section.
  14. For future reference, the Tabular Report can also be used if you want something similar to the search results of the Real Estate ready-made app. Just use an HTML Block and define an HTML table that will contain your fields including the image.
  15. For future reference, here's the documentation on how to format and display a field in a Report DataPage: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/datapage-components/field-formatting-options/

  18. Hi Tryeager, please try to clear your browser's cache or use a different browser. Also encountered this issue in Google Chrome but when I tried it in Mozilla Firefox, it works.
  19. UPDATE In HTML Block, Paste from Word can be used.
  20. Hi NickO, that may require customization using JavaScript and CSS. You can suggest this to their Ideabox for their product team to consider.
  21. Hi NeoInJS, you may try the code below in the footer of Configure Fields for Bulk Edit section of your tabular report. <script type="text/javascript"> var updateBtn = document.querySelector('.ButtonsCtnr > .ActionButton'); updateBtn.onmouseup = redirectToDP; function redirectToDP() { var url = "https://www.google.com"; location.replace(url); } </script> Just replace the value of url with the URL of your Submission DataPage.
  22. Hi NickO, if I understand it correctly, you want to implement this using a single DataPage. One workaround for this is by using a Triggered Action. You need to create a Reports DataPage (Tabular) for your Content table and enable Bulk Edit. You will need a new field in your Content table to store a ProdID. You'll use this new field in the Bulk Edit so your users can select (using dropdown, autocomplete or other form element) which Product the selected Contents be related to. Then, you need to create an on update trigger in your Content table that will insert the updated records (#inserted) to your ContentProduct table — ContID = #inserted.ContentID and ProdId = #inserted.newfield. By using the trigger, you will be able to insert multiple records in your ContentProduct table (associate multiple Content to a Product) when several records are updated via Bulk Edit.
