  1. No, in the event of a password reset, the lockout time will be cleared.
  2. You may try the <audio> element. You can use this in an HTML Block using the File field (audio file) as the source. Please take note of the supported browsers and audio format in the given link.
  3. In order to refresh the original form, both DataPages must be embedded in webpages with the same domain name.
  4. No, it is not. “Designated entry page” is a destination to redirect all non-authenticated users.
  5. You can use <br> tag for line breaks.
  6. The value for X should be in the Default Value field under Field Options.
  7. Hi Watusi, I have a few summary lookup tables in one of my application that was generated upon my confirmation. When creating a lookup dropdown based on a large table, Caspio recommends generating a Summary Lookup Table to improve performance. You can find this information in this blog post. Summary Lookups are optimized tables containing a static list of the field values automatically filtered for duplicates.
  8. You can use the code below as a reference. <script type="text/javascript"> document.addEventListener('DataPageReady', function (event) { var c_checkbox = document.getElementById("selectAll") ; var elementID = event.detail.uniqueSuffix; function c_event () { if (c_checkbox.checked) { var listBox = document.getElementById('Value1_1' + elementID); for (i = 0; i < listBox.options.length; i++) listBox.options[i].selected = true; } else { var listBox = document.getElementById('Value1_1' + elementID); for (i = 0; i < listBox.options.length; i++) listBox.options[i].selected = false; } } c_checkbox.onclick = c_event; }); </script> Add this in your search's footer with the HTML editor being disabled. Just make the necessary changes for your form elements' ID attribute. You may use this guide for that.
  9. Just to add, you may also use the AutoComplete form element and configure it with the below settings.
  10. Regarding your requirement to prevent form submission, is making the email address field unique in your Log table not suitable for your workflow? Because this will prevent users to submit the form if there is a duplicate.

  16. In the Advanced tab, you can also enable the Truncate option to limit the amount of text displayed from a long text field. Enabling Allow users to expand/collapse allows the user to see or re-hide the truncated text. The look and feel of expand/collapse is controlled in the Styles and for text links the language is managed in the Localization object of the DataPage. For reference, here is the documentation under Configuring the Results Page section.
  17. One workaround for this is to create a separate details page. Steps are included here. However, for step 1, instead of using a Details Report, you need to use a List Report so that PDF download option can be enable. You may need to modify the Results Page Fields section to make it look like your original details page. You may also use Tabular Report and use HTML Blocks to make the layout similar to the original details page.

  24. Hi Chuchu, WordPress style overrides Caspio's, I would suggest adding a Header & Footer in your DataPage, and insert the code below in the Header. <style> #caspioform tr { border: none !important; } #caspioform td { border: none !important; } table { border: none !important; } </style> For more information on how to add Header/Footer in your DataPage, you can refer to this document: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/datapage-components/datapage-header-and-footer/ Let me know if this works for you. If not, please provide the URL to your deployed DataPage.
