  8. AtayBalunbalunan's post in Missing section in action list was marked as the answer
A common reason why a section is not appearing in the Action list is because it is already been used in another Action. Each field or section can be used only in one action (and therefore will no longer appear in the dropdown list).
Only standard editable fields may be used in Actions, and the following cannot be used:
Required fields Display Only fields Calculated Value fields Section with Required fields The same field or section already used in another Action Calculated Fields, CAPTCHA, and Distance Search fields HTML Blocks Hidden or smart fields (Timestamp, AutoValue, ViewIncrement) Static action on Password fields Secondary field used in multiple search criteria (such as in Date Range)

  11. AtayBalunbalunan's post in Background color of checkbox in MacBook was marked as the answer
The color of the checkbox is based on the Accent color preference of a user's MacBook. It can be changed via Apple menu > System Preferences > General. The Accent color is the color used throughout the user interface for menus, buttons, active form fields and more. The default color is blue. Below are the references:

  20. AtayBalunbalunan's post in Summary Lookup was marked as the answer
Hi Watusi, I have a few summary lookup tables in one of my application that was generated upon my confirmation.  When creating a lookup dropdown based on a large table, Caspio recommends generating a Summary Lookup Table to improve performance. You can find this information in this blog post.
Summary Lookups are optimized tables containing a static list of the field values automatically filtered for duplicates.
  21. AtayBalunbalunan's post in Time out on a password reset link was marked as the answer
It is not yet possible to set a specific time out on a password reset link. I asked Caspio Support regarding this and they said that the 2-hour default window is a system generated feature which means we are not able to adjust the time allocation. They said we can suggest this in their Ideabox .

    Hi @Watusi,
The following keyboard hotkeys are available in table and view datasheets:
Enter and Down/Up Arrows – Saves the record and moves focus to the next row. Shift+Enter – Saves the record and moves the focus to the previous row. Alt+Enter (Option+Enter on Mac) – Adds a line break inside a field. Ctrl+S (Control+S/Command+S on Mac) – Saves the record without requiring the cursor to move to another record. You can find the information here.
    Cheers!
