  2. Yup, this is definitely an example of a many to many relationships. Make sure to have a table lookup for your lectures and create an identifier, and create another table for another lookup which is going to be records that are program objectives. In this way, you can create your third table to join these tables via two one-to-many relationships and finally creating a many-to-many relationship. Here you go Database Relationships (Part 3 of 3) - Many-to-Many Relationships - YouTube

  4. Yes, Just to correct this idea, Caspio sets a default secured password which you cannot see, but can change. It's not supposed to be blank initially because it is always required. But we will not be able to see what is set unless we change it.

  6. Hello, there is again no guarantee on this functionality because security wise, Caspio can only secure data up to a certain extent. I recommend you guys to follow and check with PS people if they can do this for you or atleast ask them as to what are their security approach regarding this as this may be a feature related to the backend.

  9. I know this may be a little too late but in case someone needs a similar help like dawsonpick here, I would like to suggest to make sure that when importing, the table should correspond a format that is similar to what Access or Excel spreadsheet looks like. In this case, compatibility issues will not be an issue. Importing is easy in Caspio, but you also need to make sure that the data that you are importing is good before it is imported because sometimes, there are issues that starts with the previous data that was imported into the tables and may get your application workflow into a roadblo

  13. Hi, Caspio actually offers alternative accounts where you can create the same application in your test environment and formally upload a copy in the live environment as soon as it's done. It;s actually having multiple accounts at the same time (speak with your Account Manager for more options). Alternatively, you can also duplicate the application in the same account and mimic everything there.
  14. No upgrades can be done if under Free accounts as per their support (believe me, I also tried) and the data records limitations are so few. Also, you might want to be careful regarding the daily limit as your account may get tagged as abuser account and get deleted.
  15. I found several online scripts that lets you do an auto renewal payment. But since the payment integration standard feature only allows single payment, this may not be an ideal way to start with the application. First, security issues. Since this has something to do with payments == money, doing an external code might get you in trouble when it comes to security in the future, so I suggest that you follow up with your Project Manager if you want it so badly. Do not opt for the easy 3rd party one.

  25. In tables, there are no sense of time. It basically just holds your data. If you want to update a field with a daily value such as timestamp, you need to use Application Tasks: Tasks - Caspio Online Help Create a new task that is a timestamp and then populate it to a field of choice in a table and set the schedule to every 24 hours.
