  1. Just to add, if in case you want to add a warning message, there's a forum post that has a Javascript code for that. Please refer to this:
  2. Hello @Kuroshi I am thinking of a workaround for this and came up with this -> Create a Task instead that has the same functionality as your Triggered action. Task is somehow similar to trigger. However, the task will not fire automatically once you inserted a record. you will need to click the 'Run' task or schedule when will the Task run. I hope this helps and works. - Barbie
  3. Hi, Since you mentioned that you are importing a file in the table, triggered action will not work. So basically, this is expected behavior. Triggered Actions currently will not run from import of data through either manual import or DataHub tasks. This is also stated here: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/triggered-actions/ Triggered action will only work if you are inserting the records manually inside the table. I hope this helps. -Barbie
  4. Just to add, you may also refer to this article for more information about importing: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/importing-data/
  5. Hello, This specific workflow can be achieve using JavaScript custom coding. I can provide you a sample logic for reference. <script type="text/javascript"> document.addEventListener('DataPageReady', function(event) { document.querySelector("input[name='Submit']").disabled = true; document.addEventListener('change', function(event) { var ID = document.getElementById("InsertID").value; if( ID == '') { document.querySelector("input[name='Submit']").disabled = true; } else { document.querySelector("input[name='Submit']").disabled = false; } }); }); </script> I hope this
  6. Hi again @Batchini, I tested this on my end and confirmed that even if you have special characters such as dash (-) and/or using ‘OLE Object’ as a DataType, Caspio will automatically fix it once imported. For the OLE Object, it will be automatically change as Text(64000) once imported. I hope this helps. - Barbie
  7. I have a calculation that will get the value from the other table. And since it is a calculated field, it displays the result for every record. I just wanted to display it beside the top field value. Is that possible?
  8. Thank you @telly. By the way @Batchini, if you want to modify the looks of your DataPage other than this, you can do that under our Style. Please refer to this link: https://howto.caspio.com/styles/styles/
  9. Yup @Batchini, you need to use different code for that. Please refer below: <input type="submit" name="Mod0EditRecord" id="Mod0EditRecord_1" value="Update" class="cbUpdateButton"> - Barbie
  10. Hello @Batchini, yup that is possible. You may need to add an HTML Block at the top of the page and paste this code: <input type="submit" name="Submit" id="Submit_1" value="Submit" class="cbSubmitButton"> I hope this works. - Barbie
  11. Hello @IoTWorld you can also check this response. It is another approach for this workflow:
  12. You may also refer to this articles which contains the features that you will use in this workflow: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/triggered-actions/ https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/what-are-views/creating-a-view-to-filter-data/
  13. Hi, I tried this workflow before and I think it is similar to what you are trying to achieve. I believe that best way to do this is to create another table to save these options. This will serve as your lookup table, you may also need to create a View and Triggered actions. Please refer to the steps below on how to achieve it. 1. Create a table that will consist of the options that you want to use in your dropdown. 2. On the said table, add another field and set its DataType to a checkbox. You may refer to this sample Table that I created: 3. Create a View and use the table me
  14. Yes, you just need to remove the date condition. It will look like this: (SELECT SUM(Paid_Amount_1) From Agent_Invoices_2021 WHERE Agent_Number = target.[@field:Agent_Number]) - (SELECT SUM(Amount_Additional_1) From Agent_Invoices_2021 WHERE Agent_Number = target.[@field:Agent_Number]) I hope that works on your end. - Barbie

  16. Hi @Batchini, I think the best way to achieve this is using triggered action since you want to concatenate all values in one field based on a criteria. Fortunately, I tried to achieve this kind of workflow before. You can refer to this Trigger: I hope this works on your end. - Barbie
  17. Thank you @Batchinithat worked. But how can we add the space between minute and AM/PM?
  18. Hi, I have this calculation formula: CASE WHEN CONVERT(VARCHAR, [@field:Date], 108) = '00:00:00' THEN ' ' ELSE CONVERT(VARCHAR, [@field:Date], 108) END I need to do is get the format to be AM/PM. Right now the result is 19:00:00 it should be 7:00 AM. How to achieve that?

  24. Hi @Batchini, If you want to display the data for the current week only, you can use this sample fiormula as reference: (SELECT SUM(Paid Field) From Amount_tbl WHERE Agent_Number = target.[@field:Agent_Number] AND Date >= dateadd(day, 1-datepart(dw, SysDateTime()), CONVERT(date,SysDateTime())) AND Date < dateadd(day, 8-datepart(dw, SysDateTime()), CONVERT(date, SysDateTime()))) - (SELECT SUM(Amount_owed) From Amount_tbl WHERE Agent_Number = target.[@field:Agent_Number] AND Date >= dateadd(day, 1-datepart(dw, SysDateTime()), CONVERT(date,SysDateTime())) AND Date < datea
  25. Hi Johan, I believe this can easily achieve using Triggered/Task. You may refer to this article for more information: https://howto.caspio.com/tasks/ https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/triggered-actions/ - Barbie
