  1. Hi, I tried this workflow before and I think it is similar to what you are trying to achieve. I believe that best way to do this is to create another table to save these options. This will serve as your lookup table, you may also need to create a View and Triggered actions. Please refer to the steps below on how to achieve it. 1. Create a table that will consist of the options that you want to use in your dropdown. 2. On the said table, add another field and set its DataType to a checkbox. You may refer to this sample Table that I created: 3. Create a View and use the table mentioned above that will filter the records and display the unchecked records which means it is not yet selected in the dropdown option. Please refer to this: 4. On your main table used as a Data Source in your DataPage, create a Triggered action that will update the lookup table that if the record is selected, the checkbox will be checked. Please refer to this sample Triggered action that I created: 5. Lastly, please configure your DataPage and use the lookup table that you will create. Please refer to this: Also, please note that you need to disable your AJAX if you want to update the dropdown in real-time every time you add a new record. - Barbie
  2. Yes, you just need to remove the date condition. It will look like this: (SELECT SUM(Paid_Amount_1) From Agent_Invoices_2021 WHERE Agent_Number = target.[@field:Agent_Number]) - (SELECT SUM(Amount_Additional_1) From Agent_Invoices_2021 WHERE Agent_Number = target.[@field:Agent_Number]) I hope that works on your end. - Barbie

  4. Hi @Batchini, I think the best way to achieve this is using triggered action since you want to concatenate all values in one field based on a criteria. Fortunately, I tried to achieve this kind of workflow before. You can refer to this Trigger: I hope this works on your end. - Barbie
  5. Thank you @Batchinithat worked. But how can we add the space between minute and AM/PM?
  6. Hi, I have this calculation formula: CASE WHEN CONVERT(VARCHAR, [@field:Date], 108) = '00:00:00' THEN ' ' ELSE CONVERT(VARCHAR, [@field:Date], 108) END I need to do is get the format to be AM/PM. Right now the result is 19:00:00 it should be 7:00 AM. How to achieve that?

  12. Hi @Batchini, If you want to display the data for the current week only, you can use this sample fiormula as reference: (SELECT SUM(Paid Field) From Amount_tbl WHERE Agent_Number = target.[@field:Agent_Number] AND Date >= dateadd(day, 1-datepart(dw, SysDateTime()), CONVERT(date,SysDateTime())) AND Date < dateadd(day, 8-datepart(dw, SysDateTime()), CONVERT(date, SysDateTime()))) - (SELECT SUM(Amount_owed) From Amount_tbl WHERE Agent_Number = target.[@field:Agent_Number] AND Date >= dateadd(day, 1-datepart(dw, SysDateTime()), CONVERT(date,SysDateTime())) AND Date < dateadd(day, 8-datepart(dw, SysDateTime()), CONVERT(date, SysDateTime()))) The two select statements get the total of the 'Paid Field' and 'Amount_owed' fields for the current week only. I hope this helps. - Barbie

  16. I encountered the same issue before and I believe the main reason why the issue happens is that the code you are using for the collapsible is having a conflict with our Rules. One of the possible solutions that you can do is to use JavaScript if you're familiar with that to hide these fields based on a condition. - Barbie

  25. Hi, What we can do is to create a Triggered action in the table where it will update the inserted record and set it to a specific value if that field is blank. Please refer to this sample: hope this helps. - Barbie
