  5. Hi, What we can do is to create a Triggered action in the table where it will update the inserted record and set it to a specific value if that field is blank. Please refer to this sample: hope this helps. - Barbie
  6. Hi @Batchini Can you try this formula instead: IsNull([@field:Field1], 0) + IsNull([@field:Field1], 0) I just added IsNull function. What it does is it replaces NULL with the specified replacement value, otherwise returns the result of expression. You may refer to this article as well. https://howto.caspio.com/function-reference/ - Barbie
  7. Hi @Batchini, It is not possible to add a condition in the email notification on DataPage level. What you can do is to create a Task that will run everyday to check your records that if the difference of today's date and the date created inside your table is equal to 3 then it will send an email. Please refer to this sample configuration: I hope this helps. - Barbie

  14. Hi @Batchini, What we can do to achieve your current workflow is to insert an HTML Block instead and call the File Field there as a link. You may refer to this screenshot: Here's the HTML code for the link download: <a download='file' href="[@field:File_field/]"> Download Image </a> Please note that you need to change the [@field:File_field/] based on what field do you have. I hope this works now. - Barbie
  15. Hi @frank99, One solution that I can suggest is to use the month and year in the Date rollup. In this case, the data from different months and years will be separated. Please refer to this: And here's an article for reference: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/charts/ I hope this helps. - Barbie
  16. Hi @drmt1979, If you want it to be editable, you might need to add a simple JavaScript code for you to achieve that. Please refer to this forum post: https://forums.caspio.com/topic/7002-use-timestamp-as-default-value-of-a-text-field-in-a-details-page/?tab=comments#comment-47842 Hope this works. - Barbie

  20. Hi, You can use the formula below to concatenate these two: CONVERT(VARCHAR(10), [@field:FieldA], 101) + ' ' + CONVERT(VARCHAR(10), (DatePart(year,[@field:DateField])), 101) I converted these fields to text so that they can concatenate as two different fields instead of having a sum as a result. - Barbie
  21. Hello @Batchini, what you can do is to have a concatenation with Case When statement inside your email body. Here's a sample Task that I created on my end: Assuming that the 'Currency' field is the field that contains a negative value. The assigned '10' in length is the maximum length of your value. You can change that based on what length do you prefer. I hope this works on your end. - Barbie
  22. Hello @Batchini, If it is on the Table level, can you try to use the formula below for converting a number to a string instead?: LTRIM(STR([@field:FieldA], 25, 0)) + LTRIM(STR([@field:FieldB], 25, 0)) + '.docx' It seems like the main reason why it is displaying the incorrect result is that the value you're trying to convert exceeds the max size value. I hope this helps. - Barbie
  23. Hello @KAPITYAN, If you're using a submission form, you can try to use this formula instead: CASE WHEN [@field:Stack] = 1 AND [@field:Lucy] = 0 AND [@field:Edward]= 0 AND [@field:Sebby]= 0 AND [@field:Maria] = 0 THEN 'Stack' WHEN [@field:Lucy]= 1 AND [@field:Stack] = 0 AND [@field:Edward] = 0 AND [@field:Sebby] = 0 AND [@field:Maria] = 0 THEN 'Lucy' WHEN [@field:Lucy] = 1 AND [@field:Stack] = 1 AND [@field:Edward] = 0 AND [@field:Sebby] = 0 AND [@field:Maria] = 0 THEN 'Stack , Lucy' WHEN [@field:Lucy] = 1 AND[@field:Stack] = 1 AND [@field:Edward] = 1 AND [@field:Sebby] = 1 AND [@field:Maria] = 1 THEN 'Account Manager' END I hope this works now. -Barbie
  24. Hi, Just to add, you can also add (*) in the [@cbTimeStamp] if you want to get the date only. You should use this: [@cbTimestamp*] I hope this helps. -Barbie
  25. Hi @Batchini I can see that already asked this question. Here's the solution I provided on the other forum post which is same by this: https://forums.caspio.com/topic/16790-passed-parameter-based-on-a-condition/#comment-45906
