  1. Hello, based on the error that you have mentioned it seems that the issue is related to the format of your date values. Our table recognizes the mm/dd/yyyy format. If you're records are on different format, you might encounter this issue. What I can suggest if you really want to use this format, change the DataType from Date/Time to Text instead. Otherwise, change the format of it from dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy. I hope this helps. - Barbie
  2. Hi @Batchini, This is possible using CSS custom coding. You can use the sample code below in the Header of your DataPage. <style> input[name*="cbParamVirtual4"] { pointer-events: none !important; } </style> You need to change the cbParamVirtual4 based on the name of your field. I hope this works. - Barbie
  3. Hi @taylorswiftlover , If you want to change the color of a specific value you can use CSS code. You can create add a header and footer inside your Chart DataPage and paste this code on the Header: <style> rect.highcharts-point.highcharts-color-0:nth-child(1) { fill: #insertcolorhere; } rect.highcharts-point.highcharts-color-0:nth-child(2) { fill: #insertcolorhere; } rect.highcharts-point.highcharts-color-0:nth-child(3) { fill: #insertcolorhere; } </style> The number inside the parenthesis will correspond to the number of values from your columns. Here's a sample screenshot: https://c0acs764.caspio.com/dp/ba4a60009a119570a12e4c478dc4/files/3795862 Based on the screenshot, Central would be equal to 1, East would be equal to 2 and West would be equal to 3. Please note that you need to change the number inside the parenthesis of the corresponding number of the column that you prefer to change the color. I hope this works. Thanks, Barbie
  4. Hi @Batchini, You may want to check this formula: isnull([@field:Prefix],'') + (case when [@field:Prefix] = ' ' then '' else ' ' end)+ isnull( [@field:FirstName],'') + (case when [@field:FirstName] = ' ' then '' else ' ' end) + isnull( [@field:LastName],'') + (case when [@field:LastName] = ' ' then '' else ' ' end)) I hope this works. Regards, Barbie
  5. Hi @Batchini, I have came up with another solution which can achieve this workflow. First Add a Virtual Field then call the Text Area which rich text editor is enabled in the Virtual field. Here's a sample screenshot for reference: You can Hide the Virtual field. Please refer to this screenshot on how to do so: Lastly, add a Header and Footer. On the Footer paste this code: <div id="writing" style="width:90%; text-align:center; margin:0 auto 15px auto; font-size:11px; font-family:sans-serif; color:#000; padding:0 5%"> Total Word Count: <span id="cnt" style="color:red;">0</span> </div> <script type="text/javascript"> document.getElementsByName("cbParamVirtual1")[0].onchange=function() { var string = document.getElementsByName("cbParamVirtual1")[0].value; var wordcount = string.split(/[^\s]+/).length - 1; document.getElementById("cnt").innerHTML = wordcount; }; </script> 'cbParamVirtual1' should be changed based on what virtual field you're using. I hope this works. Thanks, Barbie
  6. Hi @Batchini, Can you try pasting this on the Header of your DataPage: <style> div[class*="cbFormMultiSelectText"] { white-space: normal !important; } </style> I hope this works on your end. Thanks, Barbie
  7. HI @astroboy, This can be done using JavaScript. Below is the code which you can refer to: <script> document.addEventListener("DataPageReady", function() { button = document.querySelector('input[id^="Test"]'); if (document.getElementById("cbParamVirtual1").checked) { button.style.display = "inline"; } else { button.style.display = "none"; } document.getElementById("cbParamVirtual1").onclick = function() { if (document.getElementById("cbParamVirtual1").checked) { button.style.display = "inline"; } else { button.style.display = "none"; }}}); </script> I hope this works. - Barbie
  8. Hi @astroboy, If you're using a submission form and you want to save the result in the table you need to add a field where you will store the result. Set the form element of that specific field to Calculated Value and paste this formula: CONVERT(VARCHAR, ABS(DATEDIFF( mm, [@field:StartDate], [@field:EndDate]) / 12)) + " Year(s) " + CONVERT(VARCHAR, ABS(DATEDIFF( mm, [@field:StartDate], [@field:EndDate]) % 12)) + " Month(s) " + CONVERT(VARCHAR,ABS(DATEDIFF( dd, DATEADD( mm, DATEDIFF( mm, [@field:StartDate], [@field:EndDate]), [@field:StartDate]), [@field:EndDate]))) + " Day(s)" Make sure to change the field names. I hope this works. Thanks, Barbie
  9. Please use the formula below: CONVERT(FLOAT,SUBSTRING([@field:timefield], 0, (Charindex(':', [@field:timefield], 0))))*60 + CONVERT(FLOAT,SUBSTRING([@field:timefield], (Charindex(':', [@field:timefield], 0)+1), 5)) For more information regarding the function reference, you may want to check out this Howto article: https://howto.caspio.com/function-reference/ Hope this helps. -Barbie

  11. I have a calculated field on a report page: Datediff(minute,[@field:Start_Time], [@field:End_Time]) This calculates the number of minutes between the start and end time, but I want it to show up at total hours, as in 3.75 hours. I updated it like this: Datediff(minute,[@field:Start_Time], [@field:End_Time])/60 but it gives me a 3 only for an answer.
  12. Hi @Batchini, It seems that some of your fifthfield contains 0 value. What I suggest is to use NULLIF instead of ISNULL. You formula should be like this: (IsNull([@field:firstfield], 0)- IsNull([@field:secondfield], 0)- IsNull([@field:thirdfield], 0)- IsNull([@field:fourthfield], 0)) /NULLIF([@field:fifthfield], 0) I hope this works. -Barbie
  13. Hi Batchini, you can use this instead: CASE WHEN LEFT([@field:Phonenumber], 1) = '0' THEN REPLACE(LTRIM(REPLACE([@field:Phonenumber], '0', ' ')), ' ', '0') ELSE [@field:Phonenumber] END -Barbie
  14. Hi Batchini, may you please try this Case when statement instead? CASE WHEN '[@authfield:BTN_User_Accounts_Permanent_Discount]'='' THEN '0' ELSE '[@authfield:BTN_User_Accounts_Permanent_Discount]' END I changed the IS NULL to ' ' hope it works on you. -Barbie
  15. Hi @Batchini List String, Password, Yes/No, File, and Text (64000) data type fields are not available in relationships and are not shown in these interfaces. Please refer to this HowTo article to know more about Data Types Compatibility: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/relationships/ Hope this helps. -Barbie
  16. Hi @Batchini, What I suggest is to use the "Specific data field" instead of the Default action link. By that, it will let your users redirected to the Details Page by clicking the field that you set. Please refer to this screenshot: Hope this helps. -Barbie
  17. I want the calendar popup on a sumbission form to be twice the size it is right now. It is very small.

  24. Hi @Batchini, You can put this &nbsp; on your Display and remove the Value of it.It will now give you a blank value in your drop down option. &nbsp; is an HTML character for a non-breaking space. It's purpose is so that the words won't be broken into two lines by "word-wrap". Since it does that, HTML renders it as a space. Hope this helps. -Barbie
  25. You may need this code to achieve your workflow: .cbResultSetTable * { font-size: 15pt !important; } please change the font size based on what you prefer. Hope it helps. -Barbie
