Here's a sample select statement: ([@field:Payment]) - (SELECT Paid FROM tbl_2_2 WHERE Customer_ID=target.[@field:Customer_ID]) Hope this helps. -Barbie

  7. Hi @joneslovescaspio, You can add the center tag and the close tag of center in the header and Footer. So basically, in your header, you need to paste this <center> <style> table[class*="cbFormTable"] { border: none !important; background: white; } </style> and in the footer just paste the end tag of center. </center> Please note that I just added a sample design for your search form using CSS. You can also change that based on what design you prefer. Hope it works. -Barbie

  10. Just to add information on this you may want to visit our How to article on how to quickly understand what is triggered action: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/triggered-actions/
  11. Hi @Batchini, What I suggest is to create a triggered action and add 3 tables. Below are the steps on how to: 1. Create Table 1. You will store here all of the information about Events. Screenshot: 2. Create Table 2. The trigger will be the one to populate this table. Screenshot: 3. Create the table 3. This will consists of the maximum number of days that the event can last. Screenshot: 4. Lastly, create a trigger that will populate the table two. Please refer to this: Hope this works for you. -Barbie
  12. Ohh so you need to put the link of your submission form in the Localization. Here's a screenshot on how to: https://c0acs764.caspio.com/dp/ba4a60009a119570a12e4c478dc4/files/3354299 Used the deployed URL of your submission form for the link. -Barbie
  13. Hi @Batchini, What I suggest for this workflow is, create a Search and Submission form and then we will put the link on the Localization. So basically, you will be needing two DataPage here. If you searched a record and it is not existing there will be a link that will redirect you to a submission form otherwise the records will be displayed. Here's a sample DataPage of what I am trying to explain: https://c1acn120.caspio.com/dp/68f07000d1ce52704efb40e99fd6 Hope it helps. -Barbie
  14. Hi @npaulpatrick, Hi just to update, you may also refer to this video on how to create a Multi-Step form Hope this helps. -Barbie
  15. Hi, please try this instead: CASE WHEN [@field:UserName] LIKE '%Emp'THEN 'Employee'ELSE 'Manager' END hope this works -Barbie
  16. Hi @Batchini, Add a Header and Footer and paste this code inside the header: <style> input[id^="Mod0CancelRecord"]{ display: none !important; } </style> And then on the HTML Block please paste this code: <input type="submit" name="Mod0CancelRecord" value="Back" class="cbBackButton"> I hope this works. -Barbie
  17. Hi @joneslovescaspio, You can also use the &nbsp. The &nbsp is a nonbreaking space which keeps words on both sides of it to stay on the same line. While the &emsp is a wide kind of space. Hope this helps. -Barbie
  18. Hi @telly, You may also refer to this article to know more about the function reference: https://howto.caspio.com/function-reference/ -Barbie
  19. Hi @telly, If your field 'First_Employment' is an date/time this formula should work: Can you try this instead: CONVERT(VARCHAR(10), Datediff(year, [@field:First_Employment],GetUTCDate())) + 'years' Hope this works on your end. -Barbie
  20. Hi, This might be a possible workaround for your workflow, I suggest that you create a CASE statement. You need to set the form element of 'Deleted ' 'Approved', and 'Submitted' fields to Calculated value and paste the statements below. For Deleted: CASE WHEN [@field:Deleted]= 1 THEN '[@authfield:Client_Email]' ELSE ' ' END For Approved: CASE WHEN[@field:Approved]= 1 THEN '[@authfield:Client_Email]' ELSE ' ' END For Submitted: CASE WHEN [@field:Submitted]= 1 THEN '[@authfield:Client_Email]' ELSE ' ' END Once the user did not check the check boxes, it will not stamp the user's email. I hope this works for you. -Barbie
  21. Hi @Batchini you can create a formula field in your table for Month and paste this code: Datepart(Month, [@field:Date]). Make sure to change the field name. And on your DataPage, select the Month field and set it to 'Dropdown'. You may refer to this screenshot: https://c0acs764.caspio.com/dp/ba4a60009a119570a12e4c478dc4/files/3294662 The return value of the formula that I have provided is 1 to 12. So if we are trying to get the Month we will use that 1-12 as the value. Hope it works for you -Barbie
  22. Unfortunately, there are no options for us to track the past users who recently logged in and searched for the records in the DataPages. In line with that, we have a workaround for some modification to your current DataPage to track the user's email address in the future. Here are the steps: 1. Please follow this article but we will also add minimal modification: https://howto.caspio.com/tech-tips-and-articles/tech-parameters/how-to-separate-search-page-and-results-page-into-two-different-webpages/ 2. Afterward, you need to add an Email field in your table. On your DataPage configuration, make this field 'Hidden' and set the On Load to 'Authentication Fields'. you may refer to this screenshot: https://c0acs764.caspio.com/dp/ba4a60009a119570a12e4c478dc4/files/3329998. For this, you will be able to stamp the Email of the users in the table who tried to search in the Search Form. I hope this helps and please let me know if you have further question. - Barbie
  23. Hi @telly, Yes, it is possible. You need to add a Header and Footer in your DataPage and paste this code in the Header. form[id^="caspioform"] { display: inline-block !important; } div[id^="cbOuterAjaxCtnr"] { display: block !important; text-align: center !important; } I hope this works. -Barbie
  24. Hi @Batchini, Since you are aggregating you need to add a sum in every field. Please use the code below instead. (SUM([@field:field]) + SUM([@field:field2])+SUM([@field:field3]) + SUM([@field:field4]))/ NULLIF(SUM([@field5]),0) I hope this works.
  25. If you want the Rules to work, please remove the script and checked this forum post that will make your field non-editable and will still work using rules :
