  1. Hi @Batchini you can create a formula field in your table for Month and paste this code: Datepart(Month, [@field:Date]). Make sure to change the field name. And on your DataPage, select the Month field and set it to 'Dropdown'. You may refer to this screenshot: https://c0acs764.caspio.com/dp/ba4a60009a119570a12e4c478dc4/files/3294662 The return value of the formula that I have provided is 1 to 12. So if we are trying to get the Month we will use that 1-12 as the value. Hope it works for you -Barbie
  2. Unfortunately, there are no options for us to track the past users who recently logged in and searched for the records in the DataPages. In line with that, we have a workaround for some modification to your current DataPage to track the user's email address in the future. Here are the steps: 1. Please follow this article but we will also add minimal modification: https://howto.caspio.com/tech-tips-and-articles/tech-parameters/how-to-separate-search-page-and-results-page-into-two-different-webpages/ 2. Afterward, you need to add an Email field in your table. On your DataPage configuration, make this field 'Hidden' and set the On Load to 'Authentication Fields'. you may refer to this screenshot: https://c0acs764.caspio.com/dp/ba4a60009a119570a12e4c478dc4/files/3329998. For this, you will be able to stamp the Email of the users in the table who tried to search in the Search Form. I hope this helps and please let me know if you have further question. - Barbie
  3. Hi @telly, Yes, it is possible. You need to add a Header and Footer in your DataPage and paste this code in the Header. form[id^="caspioform"] { display: inline-block !important; } div[id^="cbOuterAjaxCtnr"] { display: block !important; text-align: center !important; } I hope this works. -Barbie
  4. Hi @Batchini, Since you are aggregating you need to add a sum in every field. Please use the code below instead. (SUM([@field:field]) + SUM([@field:field2])+SUM([@field:field3]) + SUM([@field:field4]))/ NULLIF(SUM([@field5]),0) I hope this works.
  5. If you want the Rules to work, please remove the script and checked this forum post that will make your field non-editable and will still work using rules :

  11. Sometimes, we want to import an object but we need to back up our original data from our table to make sure that if we encounter errors, we would be able to retrieve our original data. To achieve that, we need to check this " Back up the above objects prior to import (accessible in the Messages area)." Message upon import. When checked and the import is a sucess, there should be an exported message with file included that indicates the date for the date of your import. The export message will be generated at the same time as the import message. The backup file is the export file, which could be used to restore. In all other relations with Importing of Data, visit this article: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/importing-data/ I have also attached a file for reference.
  12. Can you please try to add a Header and footer on your DataPage paste this code in the header: <style> #InlineAddComment { width: 500px !important; } </style> You can change the 500px to your desired width. I hope this works for you. -Barbie

    Modified By

Hi Telly, In your Tabular DataPage include your "Modified By" field in your Details page and set the form element to "Hidden" and then on the On Load, receive: choose the Authentication Fields and the fields that you want to display. Next is, add a Virtual field Label it as "Modified By" and set the form element to "Display Only". Under the Advanced tab check the On Load and choose the Data Source Fields and get the "Modified By" field. We used this Virtual field to display the Modified By in your DataPage since we set the Last Modified to "Hidden" I hope this helps. Thanks, Barbie
