  1. Hello everyone! This seems to be a little late but I found out that we can now use HTML symbols now. Here's how my Yes/No fields show up on my Tabular Results page: What I did was I used the custom formatting option for the field: And then I used HTML code for the symbols which I got from here. I was also able to choose a color for each icon through the color for value option. I hope this helps :-) - LOEY
  2. Hey @imJihyo! I encountered the same issue before and it was all because my results were different data types. Try changing the result for ELSE to a number as well like, 0 or just use [@field:ItemPrice]
  3. Hi! Just wanted to add this reference since as mentioned above, the menu is not generated in Caspio. This is very helpful especially when I have to use basic HTML or CSS to add something in my Caspio App. https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_navbar.asp
  4. Hi guys! Just wanted to add Caspio's current pricing page. It contains information about each plan's resources https://www.caspio.com/pricing/
  5. Hey guys! Just wanted to add that Caspio recently launched this new YouTube series(?), Caspio Labs! Ned, the guy behind the YouTube tutorials, does livestream while he makes something out of Caspio. I find it very very helpful as I learn new things every livestream! Their very first livestream is about creating patient disclosure forms, very relevant to the current events. I suggest subscribing to their channel so every time they have a new livestream, you will be informed
  6. Hi everyone! Just wanted to add this forum thread that shows how you can get the link of an image that is stored in a filestor folder so you can use them on your application
  7. Hi @Allie! I was also confused for a moment when I started out with Caspio but that's before I found out about Styles. Have you tried playing around with it for changing or customizing how your report looks? You can change the font properties, column background colors, and more customizations from there. Changing column titles and column widths can then be changed on the DataPage itself. They have many articles that talks about customizing the appearance or "Style" of the DataPages and they also have video tutorials about it, too. https://howto.caspio.com/styles/styles/ It is also possible to generate files from your results page and details page: https://howto.caspio.com/faq/reports-datapages/how-to-make-the-search-results-downloadable-for-my-users/ https://howto.caspio.com/faq/reports-datapages/how-to-make-the-details-downloadable-for-users/ I hope this helps you out in deciding - LOEY
  8. Hi @Dayne! I saw some Caspio RMAs that has this comment function and by observation, it looks like they set it up in a way that there's a separate datapage for adding comments aside from the datapage that shows the details of the record. Both will be deployed on the same web page so you can see them side by side. Here's from they contact management app: this one is from their https://www.caspio.com/apps/online-store/: Hopefully this gives you an idea
  9. Hi guys! For the visual learners, here's what @TellMeWhy was suggesting: Adding in their article about multi-column and sections https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/datapage-components/multi-column-and-sections/ Hope this helps! - LOEY
  10. Hi @innov2e ! I got curious about this workflow and tried it on my end as well. Here's what I came up with. Basically, I created a trigger on insert to my company table so it only triggers when I add new companies to the table. Then I got here my StandardProcess_Tbl which is where I'll get the processes I want to insert when there's a new company: And here's the result when I added a new company "BB" Hopefully this gives you an idea and helps - LOEY
  11. Also adding this function reference article to see which functions can be used in formula fields: https://howto.caspio.com/function-reference/
  12. You're welcome! Why not remove the fields altogether if this is the case? As far as I know, if you do not set any values for hidden fields, once you update it, it is set to blank. So basically, they are still editable fields. You can find Caspio's how to article about each form element types this might come in handy when you are deciding the most fitting type for your needs. https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/forms/form-element-types/ Happy to be able to help! - LOEY
  13. Do you have other fields on your Details page configuration besides those? An update button only shows up when you have editable fields. Perhaps you have some hidden fields there too?
  14. Hi @imJihyo I experienced this before as well! Apparently, they do have a limitation for downloadable records in result pages. As a workaround, I enabled the compress feature and I haven't had any problems with it. As far as I can remember, the most number of records I was able to download was around 90k. Haven't tried going over that number though. I hope this helps! - LOEY
  15. You may also want to try using triggered actions. I think there are conditional blocks there that you can use for cases like this. https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/triggered-actions/
  16. Hi! Just wanted to add these articles related to exporting DataPages and Data for everyone's reference: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/exporting-data/ https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/managing-datapages/exporting-and-importing-datapages/
  17. Hi @pmcfarlain not sure if this will work for your workflow, but you might want to give it a try
  18. A nice suggestion coming from @NiceDuck Dropping the function reference article here in case you need reference for using datepart: https://howto.caspio.com/function-reference/
  19. Hi @Kuroshi barbie was on point with what that error means https://www.weebly.com/inspiration/404-error-pages/#:~:text=An error page%2C also known, but you changed its URL.&text=404 is an HTTP response status code. A friendly tip: If you are still in the midst of testing it out first and you still haven't set up any weebly webpages you are planning to use, you can go with different existing sites such as youtube, twitter, fb etc. for your destination URL - LOEY
  20. It could be one of their system limitation. I also experienced this as I needed let my users see more than 250 records at times. The only workaround I used was just to set a large number as default. I'm thinking they have this limitation to avoid slow loading DataPages (many records to show == slower loading time). It's best to confirm this with them and maybe suggest if it can be raised to a higher number.
  21. Hi there! Just wanted to add these logout related articles for more information about the above mentioned redirected in authentication. You can specify your preferred destination after logout. https://howto.caspio.com/authentications-and-connections/authentication/logout-link/ - LOEY
  22. Just wanted to add that if anyone wants to hire programmers/developers to help with your Caspio Application projects, it is also a good idea to look for Caspio Certified App Developers. I recently heard they have a certification program and figured it's best if those who you will hire are certified to make sure every penny you spend is worth it. - LOEY

    John

Hi @eJohn I would like to emphasize on Caspio's web training. It is really a good start since you'll see the instructor play around the platform real time PLUS you can also ask questions! I heard it's free and available for everyone. You just need to sign up https://www.caspio.com/training/ Here are some webinar recordings that they have uploaded to give you an idea on what happens during one https://www.caspio.com/webinars/basic-training/ https://www.caspio.com/webinars/intermediate-training/

    iPhone Bug

Hello guys! You may want to check Caspio's system requirements to know which needs to be disabled and enabled when accessing Caspio apps using different browsers. https://howto.caspio.com/system-requirements/ - LOEY
  25. Hi @pmcfarlain not sure if that is possible. I was only able to get records that are after today's date but only within N number of days: Here's my table records for comparing the records on the report form: I utilized different comparison types and criteria: Hopefully, this gives you an idea
