  1. Yes, I agree with Tellmewhy. You may need to have a script to make it dynamic. However, you can also create a Report DataPage wherein the items are displayed. Feel free to check this article that is very helpful: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/reports/creating-a-report-datapage/

  3. Hello! I just wanted to share that we can add certain days in a calculated field or formula. You can try this formula: DateAdd(day, 30, [@field:date]) Then, it will now indicate the number of days that you inserted inside your formula. As you can see on my end, this is what it looks like: The Date add is the calculated field. The date from 6/1/2021 adds 30 days that is why it displays the 7/01/2021 date. I hope this helps! cheers!

  6. Hey mate, I believe this is possible and can be done in the application task. I wanted to share this one with everyone, this is my configuration on my end. Step1: I simply created a task on demand and selected HTML Step 2: I expanded the Message (left one beside the picker) Step 3: Then, locate the file attachment or URL attachment icon above and attached the link that you wish to insert After that click save and try to run it on demand. It will send the email message along with the link and now is accessible to whom it will be sent. (also note that sometimes in take some time for the email to be sent) I hope this help everyone that needs it. Cheers!
  7. Hi @pmcfarlain- If you would like to display more text on your field or row, you may want to try to change the DataType of the field to Text64000 (Text Area). This Datatype can have many texts/values inside. Here are some helpful articles. However, if you need to adjust the height of the field/rows, you may want to check this: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/datapage-components/field-configuration-options/field-and-column-width/ In addition, , in case you want a fully customizable style, you can go to the Styles and then go to the source. From there you can add CSS codes to customize your table's attributes. https://howto.caspio.com/styles/styles/ and https://howto.caspio.com/styles/layout-options/ Cheers!
  8. Hi @LWSChad - if you want your users to have a capability to edit your DataPage or application, you may want to check the the user's permission located inside your Caspio Bridge account. Just simply go to Account > Access Permission > Users > Permissions. Then, you can now choose what Application, DataPage, Table they can have control with. I learned this step by step with Caspio's Helpful video overview here. If you are the account owner then you can easily do this and follow the steps. I also used these documentations below: https://howto.caspio.com/managing-your-account/internal-users-groups-and-api-profiles/managing-permissions/ https://howto.caspio.com/managing-your-account/internal-users-groups-and-api-profiles/account-users-groups-and-api-profiles/ https://howto.caspio.com/managing-your-account/internal-users-groups-and-api-profiles/inviting-new-account-users/ Cheers mate!
  9. Hi @intouch01- if you would like to remove a field in a Table you can easily modify that on your Caspio Bridge (https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/modifying-a-tables-design/) Also, here is to modify a DataPage: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/managing-datapages/modifying-datapages/
  10. HI @JKSGT- in order for you to have values inside your multi-select dropdown is to first create a field that has a List-String DataType, in there you can add values of your choice. Then, upon configuring into your submission form, select the field and you have the choice to Display only or have a multi-select dropdown/listbox. I tried this on my end with my previous work. I would like to provide you this helpful documentation from Caspio as well: https://howto.caspio.com/tables-and-views/data-types/list/ and a forum post that you can refer to: I hope this helps cheers!
  11. Just wanted to share this, this is what I have experienced. There is an Error message that says. "Triggered Action cannot be enabled because it exceeds the limit of 2 cascading triggers." - For this case, I believe that this is a system limitation. Also, I have a grow plan and the nested is up to 2.
  12. Hello there, I thought this might help you out for future references. You can choose a New Style, insert a Header and Footer, add your company logo, personalize your DataPage messages, and cascade your website CSS. To learn more about it, feel free to check this link that is located or provided by Caspio. In addition, here are a couple of articles for your reference: https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/datapage-components/datapage-header-and-footer/ https://howto.caspio.com/faq/caspio-bridge-8-4/inserting-code-in-html-blocks-and-header-footer/ Cheers mate!
  13. Hi @Arundhati- If you are using this formula, please do check the DataTypes of each fields that are included on your formula. There might be instances that they are not compatible and you may need to CAST or CONVERT them. On the other hand, I see that you have the 'POWER' to the raised number. You may try to insert the field after the power, (for example: 'Power([@field:Number], 2)' ) The two is the number raised. You can remove the single quotation in there. For more information, feel free to use this link for your reference: https://howto.caspio.com/function-reference/ In addition, if you are trying to calculate the monthly savings, you can try the Date and time functions that is also in that documentation. Helpful links that are related: https://howto.caspio.com/faq/reports-datapages/calculated-fields-and-datediff-function/ and https://howto.caspio.com/datapages/reports/advanced-reporting/calculations-in-forms-and-reports/ I hope this helps you out though!

  15. Please be mindful when creating a password field and always make sure that your field is 'Password' DataType. Usually, this error occurs when you store users’ passwords in a Text (255) field in a user table. Due to data security restriction, passwords must be stored in a Password data type field. Feel free to check the error and messages here for any one's future reference: https://howto.caspio.com/troubleshooting/errors-and-messages/
