    Something like this?

    If yes, I added <br /> at the end of each Label

    On Header:

    dd is for the data, dt is for labels

    Here's script for the conditional: from https://howto.caspio.com/tech-tips-and-articles/advanced-customizations/how-to-dynamically-change-the-background-of-a-results-page/

    <div id="visi[@field:UNIQUEID]"> </div>
    if([@field:FIELDINNUMBER] < 10){
    var isi = document.getElementById("visi[@field:UNIQUEID]");
    isi.style.display = 'none';
    isi.parentNode.parentNode.children[5].style.backgroundColor = 'red';

    change children number, as well. I suggest putting the HTML block at the end. use ctrl shift c then count the elements under the <dl> starting from 0. Mine is the 6th child, so, it's 5

    That's great, thank you! Do you know a way to align the results? I want the numbers to be in a column like they would on a tabular report. These are calculated fields.

  2. I'd like to make the format of my list report look nicer, how can I do this? Specifically, I'd like to be able to highlight every other row of data (not data cell) and align the labels and the data so that they are directly underneath each other.

    Edit: Additionally, it would be nice if I could have conditional formatting on the data so that if it is below the goal, the text turns red and if it's at or above the goal the text turns green. The data cells are using calculated fields. Is there a way I can do this conditional formatting in an HTML block that references the calculated field?

    Anything Dynamic in a Webpage needs JavaScript

    Put this on your Label

    <span id="CurrMonth"></span>

    Then on Footer

    var d = new Date();
    var n = d.getMonth();
    var months = ['January', 'February', 'March', 'April', 'May', 'June', 'July', 'August', 'September', 'October', 'November', 'December'];
    document.getElementById("CurrMonth").innerHTML = months[n];

    getMonth returns 0 for January, 1 for February and so on

    Great, thanks!

    Seems that if you have a 'Report' in file name, it gets corrupted. 'Reports' work fine

    That works on my end too. I do have another file called "Engineering Report [short date]" that works fine but with Customer Report it freaks out for some reason. Thanks for the help!

  5. Ok after rebuilding and testing, I've figured out that it's the short date I have tacked on to the end of the file name that is messing things up. No clue why. I have another report with the same name format that works fine...

    Oh, it's corrupt in mine, as well, but it's xml and not crdownload. Have you tried duplicating this DataPage and test it again? Mine works fine, you probably have to contact the support since it might be a configuration issue

    Yep, tried to duplicate it. I've got a support ticket open rn. Currently debating whether I should rebuild an identical datapage from scratch.

    crdownload means it's not done downloading yet

    Ok in addition to that though the file that fully downloads on other computers is corrupting. On Mac I got the error above and on windows I got this error.unnamed.png.ae04b346d3c9cc4fbc922011644fb023.png

  8. I'm having issues downloading xml files from Caspio on some Windows computers. Once I go through the whole keep -> save as song and dance, it converts the file to a .crdownload and refuses to open with excel (corrupts or has other errors) 9 times out of 10. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Edit: Having a similar error on Mac but without the .crdownload. This file specifically is coming up with this error when I try to open it.

    Remove the comments, the ones with '//' it seems it's interfering with the code.

    Also, for width, it seems you can do padding 0 is for the top and bottom, 50px is for the left and right, you can even specify it more like (0 50px 0 50px) I believe that's top left bottom right.

    That works great, thanks!

  10. Here's the code that I inserted for the vertical headers:

    .cbResultSetLabel:nth-child(10)> .cbResultSetLabelLink {
     -ms-transform: rotate(270deg); //Internet Explorer
      -webkit-transform: rotate(180deg); //Chromium
      -moz-transform: rotate(180deg) ; //mozilla
      transform: rotate(180deg);
    .cbResultSetLabel:nth-child(11)> .cbResultSetLabelLink {
     -ms-transform: rotate(270deg); //Internet Explorer
      -webkit-transform: rotate(180deg); //Chromium
      -moz-transform: rotate(180deg) ; //mozilla
      transform: rotate(180deg);

    And here's a link to the datapage with test data: https://c1dcs476.caspio.com/dp/66ca900009e81648775c46438abb

    Try this one

    .cbResultSetLabel:nth-child(2)> .cbResultSetLabelLink {
     -ms-transform: rotate(270deg); //Internet Explorer
      -webkit-transform: rotate(180deg); //Chromium
      -moz-transform: rotate(180deg) ; //mozilla
      transform: rotate(180deg);

    same concept if you want another ' .cbResultSetLabel:nth-child(3)> .cbResultSetLabelLink '

    I'm not sure what safari uses, use inspect element and click on the label, to see what is enabled

    For IE, you can see in inspect element that -ms- is enabled, it cant read the others

    Inspect Element -

    Testing this on chrome with an ipad, for some reason it crushes the tab. Is there a way I could perhaps set the width so it doesn't do this?

    Here's what is looks like on the ipad:

    Also I'd like the words to face the opposite direction if possible but I couldn't figure out how to change it.

  12. Same result from this:

    SELECT MAX(Clean_Serial_Number) FROM tbl_ggl_job_lines
    WHERE Job_ID = tbl_ggl_job_lines.[@field:Job_ID]

    This is a submission form datapage. The job ID passes as a parameter from a previous page. Job ID is displayed as a non-editable field. This calculated value is just meant to show the person submitting the form what the max serial number is so they can use the next one (if the max is 1, the user should input 2 into the Serial Number submission field).

  13. I have a calculated field in my datapage to find the biggest "Clean_Serial_Number" under a particular Job_ID. There are many serial numbers under each job so I want it to find the max serial number under JUST that job. Right now, this field is just displaying the max "Clean_Serial_Number" from all the data, not just from the Job_ID.

    SELECT MAX(Clean_Serial_Number) FROM tbl_ggl_job_lines
    WHERE Job_ID = [@field:Job_ID]

    What am I doing wrong?

  14. I want to set up a formula field that can check if a value is an int and if so convert it to an int. How can I verify if a value is an int in the formula is an int? Here's what I tried:

    WHEN ISNUMERIC(RIGHT([@field:Serial_Number], 2))
    THEN CONVERT(INT, (RIGHT([@field:Serial_Number], 2)))

    Any help would be appreciated thanks!

    Truncation is only for display. Why do you need to truncate the characters? You can set the max length for input, they can't add any more if the data already exceeds the max length, they can  only erase the data and then input up to the max length you set

    I have a page set to default grid edit and the users are editing a different field but I have a description field on-screen for reference. It takes up a lot of space so I'd like to be able to truncate it.

  16. I have some tables that go off of the screen on my website but no scroll bar pops up so there's no way to see the full table. This happens when I embed the table into my wordpress page.

    Anyone know how to fix this?

  17. I have a field that is set to truncate at 50 characters but when I enter grid edit it no longer truncates. Caspio support told me this is the expected result. Anyone know of work-arounds for this?
