  1. I know that there are jquery tools used to completely customize standard form elements such as checkboxes, radio buttons, and dropdown menus. Are there any scripts and ways of styling them in Caspio? If so, what's the easiest way to go about doing it?
  2. Hello, I can't figure out the right syntax for this jquery code to run automatically after submission/update. It runs now (in the datapage footer) when the Submit button is clicked (it opens a FancyBox) but I need it to run after submission by a slight delay. The reason is that on Submit table A runs a trigger that updates table B and the FancyBox (opens another datapage in an iFrame) uses table B. Sometimes the FancyBox opens too fast, before the trigger has updated table B, and so it doesn't show the latest value. I figure if the code that opens the fancybox runs in the
  3. Hello, I have a button that opens a popup form that has a submission datapage in it. Often the user will minimize the popup because they leave the submission form open for up to a few hours (it's a timer, with a Start and a Finish time- they click 'Start' and don't submit till they later click 'Finish.' The problem is if the popup is already open the button's code reactivates it, and also refreshes the submission datapage, losing the values that were first put in it. I need to adjust the code so that if the user click sthe button again it needs to a) check to see if the popup is alr
  4. Hi folks I wanted to share a cool code with everyone when you press the Submit Button on a Form. Well when you press the Submit Button with a file in it to load and there is a unique field in it (such as a Username for a registration form), there's a bit of a delay until you ge to the confirmation screen. This confuses the Submitter and may press the button again - which results in an error because now the form is submitted twice but the same username was alreast submitted on the first form Anyway you want a Loading screen to pop up. Caspio should have this simple feature for a "low co
  5. I am trying to allow for this JQuery tag affect to occur when the user types in to the text area in the virtual field of my submission form but have not been successful. Disclosure: Since I am new to Javascript, I was wondering if I am referencing the JQuery and Tag-It components properly? I attempted switching the id/class element with "cbParamVirtual1" and "caspioform" but no luck. I would appreciate anyone's feedback. (This is in the footer of the datapage.) <!-- jQuery (necessary for Bootstrap's JavaScript plugins) --><script src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/
  6. ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!!! 7. Hi! I'm testing a JQuery script to hide/show divs and it's working successfuly, and I consider this approch very nice to hide/show fields, because it does not cause any problem with alignment of the fields! This solution as is requires we click in the respective weblink to show and hide the fields! But I need to make a little change, I would like to trigger this function when the corresponding checkbox is checked, e.g. when the checkbox "x" is checked show div "x", and when it is unchecked hide div "x"! The triggers to call this function would be the following: 1) "Ir para
