I'd like to set a default record limit of 1000 (or 999 if that's the limit) when I have user selectable enabled. Right now, it defaults to 25 and only lets users select up to 250. How can I change this?
I have a separate search datapage and report datapage, the search has three listboxes which a user can choose an option from (only the first listbox is required the other two are optional). I have embedded the datapages on the same web page and each time I choose either one or all of the three listbox options the resulting records are repeated three times in the report. Can anyone advise on why this might be happening? I have tried having just one filter on the report datapage but the records are still shown three times.
Hello, Is it possible to suspend or disable a record if a certain checkbox in the update form or detail form is clicked? I have an employee record where I plan on hiding records of employees who have terminated or resigned. I would like the record from all datapages to be either made unseen or made "disabled", when a checkbox in an update or a report detailed page that says "terminated?" Y/N is checked. I have several datapages that use the same records from the same table, and I wish for all those datapages to be updated when this one checkbox is ticked. Any ideas? Elena
