List-string - can't use it in rules or triggered actions?

I recently added a list string field to a table/datapage - it works great for collecting the information needed, but now I find I cannot do anything with it in caspio. It is not showing up in triggered actions, calculated fields in datapages, etc.

The only thing I can do export and then work with the data outside caspio - not ideal. Is there a way to copy the data in the list string to another field, or otherwise allow me to work with the data there?

You are right, List_string datatype is not supported in advanced features like Calculated field, Triggered action or Tasks.

As a workaround, you may export/import your table with List - String field as into Text(255) field in order to have a string with comma delimited values.

Here is a solution to this. You can put the values selected in the List String into a text field, that you can then use for a lot of features that List String was lacking.

As I check, we can atleast use the list string field on Rules. But aside from that, Id rather rely on a CSV on a text field.
