Having two data forms attached via parameters

I was wondering if there was a way to keep web submission forms attached once they are deployed, I have them attached VIA parameters, and whenever they're deployed on my third party website the one stays on the third party website but when I click 'submit' for the next form it takes me to where the second web submission is housed in CAPSIO does anyone know a way around this that's simple?

You should deploy your Caspio datapages on the different webpages to be able to get separated links to each of them and use these links  for the redirections.
