HTML Tags in Task email

I want to send an email notification using Application Task and wanted to make the words inside the strong tag in the email body bold  and it is not working on the email. It is just displaying the string tag in the email. Here’s a sample Task configuration that I have:

 

Is it possible to make this Task read the HTML Tags?

The Task is returning a Plain Text based on the dropdown option and should be changed to HTML. Please refer to the screenshot below:

Hi! Just wanted to show a little trick I use for my task/trigger email styling. I use an HTML Block or any element in a DataPage where I can make texts with styling. Then, I just hit "source" and copy the code

A little trick we often use is that we design it first in Word or other similar app then copy and paste it on the Email block.

Oftentimes it works, sometimes with little discrepancies that can easily be chased off, depending on the complexity of the design.
