Make gmail drafts after submission

Hi! I know Caspio has notification emails that can be sent to users after submission/update. However, I'm trying to figure out how I can make email drafts inside a specific folder in my Gmail account so that I can review the emails before I send them. Is there anyone here who knows how I can achieve that? Thanks in advance.
