Update Timestamp on Update

I would like to update the timestamp whenever a record is updated or modified. How can I do that using Triggered Actions?

That seems helpful but if I want the timestamp to be updated only when a specific field is modified, is that also possible?

Yes, that is also possible but you will need to add more blocks in your triggered action which includes a join and where condition. For better visualization, you may check the screenshot below:
