If Else statement in Triggered Actions

I would like to add an 'IF ELSE' condition inside my Trigger, but instead of the receiving field, I would like it to be the selecting value. I'm not sure if that's doable so I'm wondering if there is a way to achieve that.

Hi there, I have a Triggered Action in my table with the same structure as this. Instead of using the 'IF THEN' block, try to use the 'CASE' block as this can be used to pull up records based on your condition. Here's a screenshot for reference:

 

To add an 'Else' statement, you can click the gear icon of the block and tick the 'Else' checkbox.
