Rules not working

I have a collapsible section configured in my DataPage. Now, I added a rule and this is just a simple rule and it should work. However, it is not working as expected. can you help?

I encountered the same issue before and I believe the main reason why the issue happens is that the code you are using for the collapsible is having a conflict with our Rules. One of the possible solutions that you can do is to use JavaScript if you're familiar with that to hide these fields based on a condition.

Hi, please do make sure that you do not have any hidden required fields in your section in order for that to work. There are action limitations for rules/conditional forms. I hope this might help you out.
