Show the text of a drop-down instead of its numerical values

Hello, I'm trying to summarize the results of a form that has numbers for values.  The numbers correspond to narrative texts in another field (in the same table).

Is there a way to show or select the narrative texts on to my datapage in place of their corresponding number values?
