Email from checkbox

I have a checkbox that specifies who will be sent an email. I want it to have a function when the checkbox is unchecked, I'll not receive emails anymore. Any help would be great.

Triggers can be made for this. You will just need to base it from the checkbox being unchecked from your table. You can check this image for the trigger.

Hello Everyone, just want to add information regarding the checkbox.  When using a checkbox the statement is (Field = 0 or 1) when used in a formula and (Field = true) when used in a trigger/task. Hope this helps!
