HTML blocks above and below a datapage field are not above and below into the resulting web page

I do not understand this bheaviour. Or at least I don't know if it is some misunderstanding of mine. I have this data page where HTML Block 2 and HTML Block 3 are above and below the Territorio field.
Into Html block 2 there is  a <div style="display: none;"> and into Html block 2 there is the closure </div>

When I display the preview I got this page:

As you can see into the inspect section my DIV are both above the <select> for the InsertRecordTerritorio and the territorio field it is unaffected by the display: none;

What I miss? May be something related to responsive?

Try adding another div in between.

1st HTML Block:

<div style="display:none"><div>

2nd HTML Block:

</div></div>

 

I wish I could tell you why it works this way and not your way, but I don't understand it either. But it works
