Latest Version of Caspio's Web Service API Documentation?

hollberg

Question

I'm digging deeper into using Caspio's Web Service API, but I'm currently referring to the \"Caspio Bridge Web Service API - Programmer's Documentation\" PDF with a cover page stating \"Document last updated on September 6, 2007\". The API says it refers to Caspio Bridge version 5.5, and I assume there were updates and changes made to the API in support of version 6.0, and I'd like to be working off the latest and greatest version.

Does anyone know if this is the most recent version of the API documentation? I just re-requested access to the API beta program, but the link Caspio sent me was even older, referring to Caspio Bridge version 4.0, with a \"Document Last Updated\" date in 2006.

Hi - Just wanted to update everyone that beginning on October 3, 2022, Caspio will deprecate SOAP API Web Services and this option will be removed from API profile creation screen. Existing SOAP applications will continue to function until June 3, 2024. After this date, the Caspio SOAP API will no longer execute. We strongly recommend that you start migrating any existing SOAP calls to Caspio’s REST API to avoid interruption of your applications and benefit from modern API technology. To know more, you can check it here: https://howto.caspio.com/deprecations/deprecation-of-soap-web-service/

Hello everyone, just wanted to let you know that Caspio's recent release which is Release 48 states that SOAP API will be officially retired this coming December 1, 2024. And if you are still using SOAP API in your Caspio applications, it's best to sort it out as soon as you can. You may check this link:
