draft before submit

Question

I deployed a personalized form using the Membership app. After login/password, a member updates some or all fields of the form, where one data field of the form is called "draft", with value of yes/no.

Can I set things up so that the member can update the form for as long as draft = yes, but after he/she sets draft = no and confirm, the form's data fields would be forzen (i.e. can no longer be updated) with the form considered complete (i.e all data fields "submitted" at their last values)?

Thanks.

Hi,

You can use a Java Script to identify whether the draft field is Yes/No then if No, make all the fields display only/read only.

To get more familiar how to use Java Scripts within Caspio forms, please refer to viewforum.php?f=14

You could also have this custom developed by Caspio Professional Service department.

Best,

Bahar M.
