Hello david01234,

Do you mean you already have those PDF files ready? if so, you can just simply create a HTML block and have a Download PDF file .

If you mean you wish to have the results of a search in a PDF format and not say in CSV then you need to request to add this functionality to your Caspio account : http://www.caspio.com/extend/platform-e ... ports.aspx

Should you need further assistance with this please let us know.

Hi @david01234,

If you just want to display/preview the PDF that is saved in your file/table , and just for the user to use or see it in your Search and report DataPage.

You can just follow this documentation in Caspio's Help center:

https://howto.caspio.com/tech-tips-and-articles/advanced-customizations/tech-tip-embed-documents-in-datapages/

I hope this helps :D

Hi everyone! Just an update: Caspio has finally released a feature to show document generation, initially supporting custom PDF templates. You can upload your own fillable PDF file and map each field to a Caspio table.

It is available in R30 version: https://howto.caspio.com/release-notes/caspio-30-0/

Hey there! Caspio releases new enhancements to the document generation feature, check this out:

  • Support for images in addition to text in PDF watermarks
  • Additional capabilities that determine when a PDF checkbox should be selected or not:
    - More conditions added for date/time and timestamp fields
The ability to use display values of related tables in conditions
  • Additional “Data source type” column on the document templates list view
