Having trouble integrating a third-party API - Emmanuel Katto Uganda

Hello All, I am Emmanuel Katto. I'm building a custom web application using Caspio and I'm having trouble integrating a third-party API to retrieve data in real-time. The API returns JSON data, but when I try to connect it to Caspio using the API Connection feature, I'm getting an error message saying that the data is not in the expected format. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could you please share your experience and tell me how you successfully integrated third-party APIs with Caspio?

Are you referring to Web Services? https://howto.caspio.com/web-services-api/web-services-api/

You can use Swagger to check the responses that you would get when using the API: https://howto.caspio.com/web-services-api/rest-api/swagger-ui/
If you can provide more details about which third party service are you trying to integrate, I am sure that someone on the forums have already done that. Other solutions that you can consider are Make or Zapier, those tools already have all the functions ready to integrate different applications, including Caspio.
