I am intending to design a from for project profile. There is a need for me to add sections where the systems quoted will be entered. Can i use tables as an editable region for the users to enter the data. Please advise

You could use a Single Record Update Form if you wish to update the User's Profile: http://howto.caspio.com/datapages/creat ... ation.html .Update Forms are used to display and edit existing information.

I designed a nice looking form, but when it displays none of the customization displays at all.

I would like to raise or lower design elements in form design so as to place some items in front of or behind of others.

If you are using other model field in your form, so you must have to define that field name in your model
