Caspio Collapsible Report Form breaks Squarespace 7.1

I have a number of very long report forms that I'd like to tidy up using the Collapsible code suggested by Caspio via W3. It works very nicely on other platforms (here's an example in Google Sites), but when I try to use it on my site in Squarespace 7.1, the page goes white and freezes. Do you have any thoughts as to why this might be breaking the most recent Squarespace and what a workaround might be? Thanks in advance!

I think Squarespace alters some of the style or code you used, I found this forum in Squarespace related to your question. Check it out here:

Also, have you tried iFrame deployment? That can enclose your page/DataPage so it won't be altered.

Your collapsible submission form is nice, May I know how to implement that on submission form ?
