Hi Team, 

I’m looking to understand the process for modifying files through the Caspio REST API. Specifically, I need to know:

What steps are involved in updating or modifying files using the Caspio REST API?

Are there specific endpoints, methods, or parameters required for this operation?

Any best practices or common pitfalls to be aware of when handling file modifications through the API?

If anyone has experience with this or can provide detailed instructions or examples, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You may use Swagger UI to check the methods and parameters  https://howto.caspio.com/web-services-api/rest-api/swagger-ui/

The first 5 methods work with the so-called externalKeys. it is possible to get them using the 1st method. 

The last 2 methods work with the path (file name). These methods were added recently. It is easier to find the file by its name.
