Hi all, I have sub-domains from our website (hosted via names.co.uk) forwarding from there to some of our Caspio datapages. Strangely, since end of last week they have stopped working. One example is http://clientportal.zomafungal.com which is set to forward to the related Caspio datapage. I queried with our hosting provider yesterday as I assumed it was broken on their side - they sent me the attached tracing link:
It shows that http://clientportal.zomafungal.com is correctly forwarding correctly to the Caspio datapage URL, but then the Caspio data page is straight away carrying out some kind of javascript re-direct onwards which results in a page not loading problem.
The datapage doesn't have any custom javascript so am really not sure what is going on and why this is happening, but it looks like a Caspio issue. I'm not sure if Caspio maybe have changed something on their back end to result in this.
I have various links set up like this and they have all broken at the same time. I've raised a ticket with Caspio support but this hasn't helped yet.
Any ideas what is going wrong and how to fix it?! Thanks
