whiteflower
Hi all, I've been seeing this AI GPT extension and I'm wondering if I can use this in my workflow. Feedbacks from my customers are sent through a submission form, and through triggered actions, I'm sending a generic acknowledgement email. Would it be possible to Integrate AI GPT extension here so that it generates a unique email for each feedback? Thank you in advance.
chumkirebzi
Hi @whiteflower, Interesting workflow! I've tried to recreate your workflow and set up the AI GPT Extension to generate not only an email body for, but to also put the details at the bottom! Since you already have a submission form, the only thing left is to set up the AI Prompt and the Triggered Action to send the mail. If you haven't tried setting up the AI-Powered GPT Connect yet, This Creating Extensions Actions HowTo article will be a great help. The most important part is the request, as this is where you will input your prompt and dictate what the AI returns! I used the following prompt for your example: Quote [@field:Feedback_Body] is a Feedback for my services from [@field:Customer_Name]. Compose an acknowledgement email that I have received the feedback. If the feedback is positive, express gratitude. If the feedback is negative, express regret and service will be improved. Sign the email with the following details: Name: John Doe Postion: CEO Company: MyServicesCompany Contact information: johndoe@email.com Only compose the email body and sign the email. Here are some sample results: Some additional tips when building your prompt: You can limit the paragraphs or even the total number of letters just by including it in the prompt! Such as "Limit to 1 paragraph" or "Make it short" You can make it more personalized by adding into the prompt specific words that you want to use. Be creative! The response of the AI builds on the prompt that you type in. Lastly, to send the email, I'm not sure of your setup for the triggered action, but since the AI-Powered GPT Connect 'Updates' a field on your table when it comes back with a response, just set your triggered action to an 'update' one so that the email sends after the response has been received Good luck!
