Image Resizer Inactive

Looking at my account details, it states that image resizer is included in my plan. However, the "resizer options" pane is inactive in the forms designer (greyed out).

Any idea what's going on?

Hi brunobonna,

You can enabled image re-sizer if you check highlighted checkbox.

Hi Bruno,

What type of account do you have? I encountered the same issue as well for my Free account.  For Free account this feature was disabled but on the website, it is included as one of the features of the free plan.  Caspio knew the issue and  they consider this as a bug. Please try to call the support team for detailed information.
