Load Table Based On User

I would like to make a submission form.
Is it possible that the user fills in his company name, and based on that value caspio loads a different table (by company) within the submission form? 

I must support 15 different company's (and tables)

As I understand you have 15 tables and based on the user who is searching you want to get the data from different tables. This should be possible by some server side programming as far as I know!!! Each DataPage can only have one table source.

 

Can you explain a little more about your application? There might be another way to design the table!!!
